The Frontrunner New Plymouth

If I could give this store 0 star I would. Whoever the woman working today really needs to learn how to be a better sales representative. Sure you might know your stuff when it comes to running but to belittle and criticise a customer based on their previous running shoe and for requesting a specific COLOUR item, is not okay. If I’m going to spend $300+ on shoes, best believe I’m buying a damn colour I want and do not need an opinion from a salesperson regarding COLOURS. Also putting down other shoe companies in town is not a good look for your store, it’s disgusting and embarrassing behaviour from a staff member. Will not go back to this store in future.

Best shop in New Plymouth! Amazing staff who are super knowledgeable and always go out of their way to provide incredible service.

Helpful staff, not much in the way of options for football boots suitable for wide feet. Ended up finding a good affordable pair for my son though!

Great service- I had a gait analysis done as I was experiencing knee pain. New shoes feel way better. Excellent tips about running. Lovely to be helped by a person who listened and understood.

Wanted a pair of good walking shoes. The lady asked a bunch of questions to determine which would be the best for me. She showed me three different brands, and they were all awesome, so I ended up buying two pairs. Best decision I've made in a long time. My feet are happy as, and my lower back pain is gone. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to help me find the right shoes that worked best for me. Nothing was an inconvenience to them as I tried on what seemed every shoe. Now I have a great pair of shoes that are exactly what I was after. Definitely recommend this store and the staff!

I got my first pair of running shoes last year. Frontrunner New Plymouth really stepped it up, so helpful from the get go, a wealth of knowledge to help me (52 yrs old) with cranky/arthritic feet.
So, when I needed new shoes this year, I thought i'd shop around, just to see.well, I won't say anything more about that except I left that shop and ran back to Frontrunner. Again I was totally blown away with the personal service, guidence and care, and after sale support as well.
Happy feet, going the distance. Thanks Frontrunner New Plymouth. I'll be back.
