Fantastic food and wine, the staff are awesome and the place looks amazing. I had to step outside a few time during the meal just to cool down due to the richness of the food overheating me. I will definitely be back again but will find a spot near a window

A friend at work told me to try this place and let me tell you it is worth the drive. Oh man, the pizza over here is incredible. Proper Italian styled, with good quality, fresh ingredients. I'm definitely going back.

All the food was well presented and had great flavours. We had nochi and a pizza and chocolate pudding.
The young lady who cared for was very good and went the extra mile sorting out a mug for one of us who has shaky hands.

Good dining experience. Fine dining meals. Not everything was my types. But the lamb was. Well stocked bar. Saw many come in for pizza takeaways, so next time will try that.

Up from Wellington for a few days in the 'Naki. We had the four course degustation experience with dishes chosen by Nicolo. There being three of us, we were able to enjoy a total of twelve dishes, which were, without exception, excellent. We have sampled several such chef's choice meals around the country and Toret's is right up there with Inati in Christchurch and Cucina in Oamaru. When in New Plymouth, book a table!

Three course degustation was terrific. The octopus was a particular standout. This place is a little gem on the Taranaki coast!

Got two taster dishes and a small wedge of bread before our meals for free. Absolutely delicious! Ordered all five pasta mains. While a couple stood out all five did not fail to tantalize and amaze our palates. Thoroughly enjoyed our dining there.

Found this cute Italian restaurant in okura. The food is super delicious. The service was amazing and they make fabulous cocktails. Look forward to coming back.

We had the degustation menu, where we selected items off the a la carte menu with slightly downsized portions. Together, it was the perfect amount of food. The quality of the dishes were excellent - the seared beef starter and seafood spaghetti were my favourites. I'd highly recommend those. But all the other dishes were great!

Been here many times and like always exceptional food and service. Highlight tonight was the beetroot radish and goats cheese side dish! Will be back again and again and again.

A truly stupendous gem to find! Dribble inducing food, excellent wine and incredibly friendly and smiley eyed staff. Thoroughly enjoyed it, would recommend to friends and will most certainly write home about it.
