This place is a joke. Fake Māori. Making a mockery of Māori culture. You are better off going to the DHB. Tui Ora has not had a good reputation for a long time. Ask around and see for yourself.

Easy going, obviously it's hard to get appointments but that's everywhere! They are doing a great job and are very accommodating for my little whanau. Thank you Tui ora.

Literally lost my left pinky finger cause a doctor from here thought my cut on my pinky wasn't very deep so he sent me home. (I had actually cut the tendon in half and my finger it wasn't moving at all) Went back 2 days later and he sent me to a ultrasound and then back to him. After 5 weeks he finally sent me to a hand surgeon and he said it
was to late and they had to cut my finger off.

I had a social worker from here but when she relocated to another service they never replaced her, my mom called them weekly discussing it and they said they would call her back but they never did, after 5 months I decided to relocate, if you need a social worker/therapist I don’t recommended because when they leave you won’t get another

Te Ora Medical Centre Do not recognise the mask exemption card So if you use one keep a mask in your pocket, Otherwise they'll give you a horrible prestic face guard to wear, I have asked them to put up something on the window to let people know.

Don't bother with this organization if you're looking for a wellbeing service for your baby.

It's been 3 months since we got a referral from our midwife and we still haven't had a visit or even a phonecall for our 4 month old.

Changed to plunket and had an appointment booked within 2 days.

It's really difficult when you need to see a doctor and waiting for an appointment is 3 weeks especially if you a doctor certificate for work

Tui Ora family health have been wonderful to myself and family. Reception staff and nurses are friendly and helpful.
Dr Dave Grant is absolutely fabulous, truly dedicated.

Would have given a 5 star but the receptionist was very rude and did not help at all. Especially when it was a Mental health matter. Despite waiting 2 hours for a nurse to callback went through the mental health procedure, was able to fit me in an appointment and I was well taken care of. Great Nurses and Doctors. I suggest Cath (receptionist) should receive more training.

Wouldnt order your scripts through here if you want them on time also every time i book in to see the doc hes either late or just dosnt bother to ring for over the phone waiting till the last day of the week and making you wait till the monday before you can even get you medication also booking appointments being told the wrong day paying extra for urgant scripts and not getting them

Have been with Tui Ora for a little over 10years. They have been amazing to deal with for me and my family. But when we relocated to Wellington there was a communication break down as only a few details were transferred to new clinic. So I was having trouble from the very start.
My son boarding at NPBHS couldn’t get in to see doctor the same day he was sick, so went somewhere else. Now reception has told me that he has enrolled somewhere else and all the family information was checked in at another doctors clinic. Have ALWAYS had troubles getting seen on the same day but would have to wait a week or two before we are seen. So that was never the problem. But because my son is boarding in New Plymouth and possibly had to fill out a form to be seen the same day by another doctor at another clinic that automatically removes him from Tui Ora?
