Vetro Mediterranean Foods reviews
15If you love grocery shopping for fabulous food then shop at Vitro. I get all my Italian goodies there. Divine particularly at Christmas time.
Kinda racist. Avoid unless you really have to. All round poor customer service -both from the short-cropped lady manager as well as the sales personnel. "You can don't buy" was a response I received when asked whether an item could be checked for short-weight. (I had earlier conveyed to her my bad experience when I last purchased the same item.)
Love this place! So much selection, that you can't source elsewhere, and customer service is always so friendly!
I am a usual customer and I never blame for the products which is highly good quality but I really had a bad experience today in which I bought some dry fruits. Actually, I need a bag but I forgot to request a bag during the payment. Then, I asked a bag after paying the bill where I thought to give the money from my car parked right I front.so, I took the bag and the items together to get the money and you need to listen then the lady in the bill section asked me to leave the bag there to get the (0.50cents). It’s unfair to do that as I bought a lot of things and behaving in a racist way or I have no explanation for this type of act. I feel embarrassed and mentally challenging as they consider me as a theft or whatever, but shouldn’t be behave to any of the customer.just for 0.50 cents, so pathetic behaviour of the staff””UNACCEPTABLE “”
Great selection of interesting foods. All European stuff you can’t get in the supermarket. Staffed by friendly knowledgeable people
I have just started to use the website for online shopping. The site is so well laid out and extremely easy to navigate. Great communication once the order has been filled.
Terrible experience w parking at Vetro. Long story to tell.
On that day i spent $79.14 at Vetro and i was fined x stepping next door for a coffee (5 min max).
I will never put a foot in that place again. The manager was very unhelpful, doesnt know how to treat customers. The more parking fines the less customers Vetro will have. Shame on you Vetro.
Bought a product here and specifically read the label as I avoid sugar. The product definitely has sugar and they were so aggrieved that I would be wanting a refund. Rude and incorrectly labeled food.
I love to have Italian and Argentinian wine, french pate, raw beans, olives and more, here! Locally in NP! Thank you guys
Fabulous everything. In particular, Chablis, herby olives, cut meats, and oils. Mostly imported but all good quality
A wonderful Italian deli. Everything you could want beautifully presented. Makes your mouth water.
This place is my favourite place for getting good European food ingredients.
They have a great selection of international wines, and NZ craft beers.
Wow~ If I knew this place sooner, I would have been able to use really good groceries first. It took me a long time to go around the store when I first visited. It's so fresh and full of strange ingredients. Highly recommend.
Probably one of my favorite little shops in New Plymouth - I can always get fresh mozzarella balls and praline cherries here!
Staff are pleasant. Wide range of products at reasonable prices. Best dehydrated fruit ever. Yummy flavourful.
