Sadly this is a company who has a monopoly position on servicing European vehicles. They know it and charge accordingly $$$$, while the quality of the service is just average. I've started having my VW serviced out of town as it's much better quality of service at a competitive price.

The team have looked after me here - super smooth processes, friendly staff and quality workmanship from the service dept. Had a bit of diagnostic work done, and they offered drop-off/Pick-up services to my office, plus my car came back cleaned and washed.
