13 When I said Have a good day
The counter staff replied something weird and another counter person was laughing looking on screen. When I looked back they both were stared me and laughed again. I dont know what was so funny about.
Full marks. The gentleman behind the counter on the hot non time Sunday when we were there was stable and informed. The roller was very clean. (Although the lighting was a touch dim.) Need air for the tyres? The air pump and gauge is around the back of the building on the wall. Easy to drive to.
Fantastic staff, willing to go out of their way to help. I enjoy my visits everyday for my yummy coffees ️ mochas yumo

Usually coffee is really good, service is always good. Today coffee was heated milk I think the Rookie forgot the coffee.arggghhhh

A couple of the young lady's who work there could do with a bit more coaching but otherwise not a bad experience.
Use to be my fav early morning place to be, but I got left standing outside while the attendee just looked at me, so I drove off to find another shop but nothing in Hawera was open. I returned to the Z where Mather asked "Whats Your Problem "? ! Mathers customer service sucks hard a really let Hawera down.
The lady who was doing a night shift was so absolutely gorgeous and very helpful thank you nightshift lady

Love coming here for coffee as well as gas. Staff are awesome and friendly it's like going to your mate for a cupa
Nice place to get car, van, , bus, motorcycle, On the back home or on holiday with family or friends.
Great staff apart from the lady who doesn't smile, is very abrupt and makes you feel like your an inconvenience everytime your in the store
