Worst experience we ever had, they worked on our new CRV and the window started whistling over 80kms. When we contacted them they said they were lost and don't know what is wrong. There was bit that needed gluing and they sticked it with double sided tape. How ridiculous?
9 months now we are still trying to fix it. Terrible service, worst work, they don't do what needs to be done nor they look if the problem is resolved after working on it. Worst worst service ever.

Had to take my car in for some insurance work on front of car and the paint job is excellent! It was also done quicker than estimated and they gave outside a clean and polish before I picked it up so I am very happy - would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended. Betsy the office manager was kind courteous and wonderful. Job completed in the promised time. Chris also was very helpful. I am really happy with the overall experience. I would also like to thank the team through this review.

These guys are awesome.
Had my Jag in there after a meeting with an invisible SUV.
Can not fault the work or the care they gave my car.
Wife's car going in there soon for a folded back drivers door not my fault I swear LOL.
Looking forward to the same quality work when done.

I took my car in to get fixed after I was rear ended, they gave it back to me with a big crack in one of the inside panels, they didn't tell me what they'd done, I only noticed once I got home. I've been chasing them up for over 2 months now to get them to fix it, they kept saying they'd ring me back but never did. I ended up calling them and just telling them I'd bring it in today to get it fixed, when I got there to pick it up there was no one around I waited and no one came so I went and found my car and left.

Wish I could give this place less than one star. I had my car repaired by collision center in the last couple of weeks. I found them very arrogant and unprofessional. The work they carried out was done to a very poor standard and when I questioned them about it they were not very interested at all. They Did agree to fix the problems which they tried and failed again. They also left grime and grease in my boot and on my dash, and after pointing that out they never cleaned it. I wouldn't take my car back to collision repairs Richmond if they paid me. Worst service, workmanship and professionalism ever

While the external repair went well, I ended up going back and back to get small things fixed up. Going from initial incident to repair took about 4 weeks. I actually failed a WOF due to an indicator in the repaired section of the car about two days after getting it back, and the windscreen spray wasn't working. This would most likely be a 4 star review of it had all gone smoothly. To their credit they did fix the small stuff, but I'd probably try another shop next time.

Instead of fixing structural damage from having a door backed into crushing the pillar in they bogged and painted it (not even the same as the factory finish). Car door now whistles at 90km or over. I would recommend you check thier work. Curiosity got the better of me when I was told a trim peice was taken off to fix the damage, when I checked there was dust on all the bolts, it was untouched well stoved in.
