McDonald's Richmond

@Drive-through. The lady was swearing. She was rushing my orders. I asked for a large juice and she put large fries lol but it was all good. The food was yummy and that's all that matters:)

Tonight's order is missing $20 worth of food. I've tried ringing the store countless times and no one will answer. Terrible service

Asked if their food contained sulphates. Was told to look up on internet. I said I didn't have my phone with me, could I speak to shift manager. Shift manager also told me to look up web sight. I did not buy anything there, and have just now checked website, and guess what, I couldn't find anything about ingredients. Arrogant, ignorant company. Will never go again

Nice, modern and new (ish) well appointed with everything we have all come to expect from McDonald's.

Absolutely disgusted by the apathy and complacency the staff showed to their customers. The behind counter staff were wearing disgusting wet soggy masks well below their noses, including the managers as they breathed all over my food in a level 2 lockdown. I. Was told by the franchise owners husband/boyfriend that it didn't matter anyway. Next time there's an outbreak in Nelson you can personally thank them for their effort to spread it. At McDonald's the clown is supposed to be the mascot not the manager but the entire place was a circus anyway. 0/10 disgusting all round.

Did not visit McDonalds, my car was in the garage next door and they had parked it when finished by the drive thru so cannot review this site.

Went through the drive through. Placed an order and had two brown bags. Checked that one of the orders was in the bag. It wasn't. Told them. They said it would be in the bag. Checked again. So eventually they just said here, take another one. It wasn't in the bag. Not the first time full order not given.

This guy who made our mcdip Icecreams made them and they were leaning sideways and then one of them fell off and all he did was laugh. He was a horrible employee! So it was a terrible experience

Like any fast food place irs dependent on the worker! Other than that this McDonald's is efficiently run n tidy! Peak hours it slows down other than that its a decent McDonald's

Fast friendly service, the meat in the burgers were a little dry tho sadly could have been having an off day tho.

Ordered through the kiosk, figured we'd have our drinks at a table but after a few minutes of sitting there noticed it was well past our number.
Had to pop up and ask for our drinks as they have forgotten to bring them over, perhaps just a kiosk malfunction but it was a of a damper.

Love going to this McDonald's its very clean and they have very friendly staff. Fast service as well. I like that there are a play place for kids to play while you sit and eat.

It's MACAs, but when you have staff that care about their job even something as basic as a burger can be a pleasant experience.

Fast, efficient and very clean. The staff were very polite and approachable. Thank you for my meal, which was hot and very fresh. I was happy my Big Mac wasnt squashed down, and all the ingredients were in my burger. The chips weren't over salted either.

Sometimes busy but is alright and when I visited it was almost like a pigstine and the food was reasonably ok but a bit of a rip off

II don't like MacDonalds as I believe the food is far too processed. It's a very unhealthy place to eat or takeaway.

Great service I arrived after a long day taking my grandson to Christchurch hospital so when we arrived back we called into this McDonald's to get a ice cream around 6.30pm and was served by a nice young man at the time he had no uniform on with great delivery and service thankyou.
