Outstanding customer service, which is becoming more of a rarity these days. We broke our caravan door handle and lock whilst in the South Island. A locksmith managed to get us back into our caravan but it would no longer lock. Moutere couriered the lock to our next caravan park urgently, so we could install and secure our caravan. We stopped in on our way back up and they provided excellent recommendations on other improvements, even providing us with a temporary measure until we got back to Auckland. They have a fantastic range of quality, all things caravan at competitive prices and expert knowledge. We bought everything we needed and more! Connie you really are the best!

Amazing service! We had an emergency breakage that needed fixing, we purchased a part from Moutere Caravans and drove up from Lake Tekapo to pick up the part before crossing the ferry. When we got to Nelson we realized that the shop was closed and wouldn't be opening again whilst we were in the south island. We emailed them and without hesitation they opened the shop especially for us to pick up our part. We are very grateful and appreciative. You guys are life savers!

I ws looking for an SOG system for my motorhome. When I enquired the one I needed was on back order. I put my name down and as soon as they were in I was contacted.

I paid on line and it arrived very quickly. I have installed it, not too difficult, and have had two trips away.

I was a bit sceptical despite the good reviews, but it is just fantastic.

I had four motor movers fitted to my twin axle Swift caravan, as recommended by Frank instead of two just to one axle. It proved to be sound advice as the van is so easy to park at home now and on site. I had to go back after collection as the remote lost it’s pairing to the control boxes but the reset procedure is simple when you are shown. Both Frank and Andreas were super helpful in rectifying the problem. Booked in again at the end of September for a larger Solar Panel to be fitted.

I order some parts on line. Very helpful over phone as well. Got parts with in two days up into Whitianga. Will us them again
