Pizza Hut Richmond

Order arrived an hour after placing it but incomplete, pizza turned up but no sides. Took another hour to send the missing sides to us, except the delivery guy just sat in his car for 5 mins then left, didnt even bother coming to the door. So we had to call yet again and argue with people in broken english that you cant understand in the slightest, to get them to send back the sides yet again. Almost 3 hours wasted on a $45 order. Absolutely useless, won't be wasting money here again. Go to Dominos.

Won't be dealing with pizza hut again first order was over 1 hr late (delivered) second order in store was not ready at the time I ordered it for (pick up)

Tried to ring and place an order then when the 2 guys couldn't understand me got aggressively told in broken English to place an order online and not to call back, then subsequently hung up on. I was left absolutely stunned! Moral of the story if you want sub-par overpriced pizza made by an angry couple of fellows then please order online:).

First of all they delivered the wrong order, did not answer the phone after numerous phone calls, had to go to the store and wait 52 minutes while they recoiled our order

I will not return.
The guys in this place are rude, disrespectful and absolute rip off merchants.
Disgusting behaviour.

Usually have a pleasant experience but the last time I got pizza one of the guys got my order mixed up, then forgot to give me a swirl of sauce that I had paid for, and to top it off the pineapple wasn’t on our Hawaiian pizza.it seems to be the same guy, the last time I had the same mishap with the pizzas being mixed up he was on too

This store is a joke. Don't waste your time or money. Ordered online 1 hour before collection. Arrived at store and waited another 30+ minutes. Only to find the pizza was cold and the order was incorrect.

Almost two hours after ordering we were told another 15 minutes as they were preparing the order despite being told 10 minutes when I called 40 minutes earlier. Worst customer service I have experienced.

We ordered 3 pizzas they were 25 minutes late and they forgot one of the pizzas they came back an hour later and gave us the pizza and we didn't even get a compensation drink

Pizza was quite nice but the service was slow. Ordered on line to pick up, it was 25 minutes late

I have been here many times and never had an issue. I convinced my brother in law to stop going to Dominos. Recent visit we ordered and waited patiently. After 20 mins we were told 1 min for our sides. What resulted cold awful pizza and over 5 mins of waiting for sides. There was no stretch in the mozarella cheese as it had sat too long.very disappointing.

Worst Pizza Hutt ever, Waited 30 minutes after ordering online and turning up 10mins after it was supposed to be ready. The staff are rude and all of them remove there masks while making the pizzas. I asked why they said because we can. Terrible service and terrible pizzas.

Online order was really late, like 30 minutes late.could’ve just ordered in store. Pizza itself is what you’d expect.

Actually Quite bad. Dominos is at least twice as good, pizza hut Doe is just not as good. /the stuffed crust is also not on par. The chips i got were super salty.on a price point much that same.i will not go to pizza hut again.

Really disappointed. The bases tasted great and that was about it. Disorganized staff nothing came together with my order. Chips were hot but over salted and the pizza's were luke warm from waiting ages for chips to be cooked. Hardly any topping on all the four of the pizzas we bought. Looks like they are cutting costs. No flavour at all. If we weren't hungry after the extremely long wait we would have just thrown them out. Not sure ill be back sadly. Maybe the boxes would have tasted better.

Why say the pizza is going to be ready at a certain time and then not have it ready. Still waiting 30 minutes after given time. Terrible customer service.

They said it would be ready in 15 minutes but took more then that but it was worth. It was really good taste although

Occasionally something wrong with my order but the staff are good about it and are always happy to help

I think that the cheaper pizzas are terrible in comparison to Dominos. This is of no fault to the staff at pizza hut, but the chain itself. I used to really enjoy pizza hate but over the years I think it has gotten worse

Ordering online is definitely the easy to go, turn up pay and get your pizza and go home and enjoy, never go to hell's!
