The whole team at CC Richmond is superb but Ella is a dream! She's professional, warm, bright and caring and I feel absolutely cared for in every treatment that I have. She has amazing eye for detail so I always walk out feeling like I had the most effective treatment on offer.
Despite having to put up with dealing with my strange little body, she never makes me feel awkward or uncomfortable. I always feel completely at ease with her:)

I have been coming to Jess at the Richmond clinic for about a year now for dysport treatments as well as dermal fillers and I can confidently say I have found my person when it comes to administering injectables
Jess has a down to earth approach that will put anyone at ease the minute they step into the clinic coupled with a sprinkling of well placed humor to make you feel right at home, she is always honest, will always listen to what it is you are wanting, has a keen eye for detail and an extensive knowledge in her field and obvious talent that really does serve her clients well (a quick scroll through her insta really shows that her work speaks for itself)
I couldn't reccomend jess enough if you are looking for someone you can completely trust with your injectables you may just find she ends up being your go to person too

I come here to get all my lazer hair removal done and sometimes will get a facial! Ella does all my treatments and she is amazing! She makes me feel very comfortable as she is such a kind person and very welcoming. I have never had a problem with any treatments as she is very precise and efficient in her job.
