2I do not get time to do my own business in the week. I was so relieved to see that AMI are open over the weekend. Was on the phone for 1hour sorting out my cars/home insurance - fantastic! The girl that helped me was absolutely so knowledgeable, told me about new products that I could add that made our policies worthwhile. And this for the price of a cup of coffee - per year! She was helpful and definitely added value to my insurance and my husband and my daughter and our business. Wow 10 out of 10 for her. This is the first time I have ever tackled my insurance queries and came out smiling at the end of it due to the excellent service.
I went in with a number of queries that I had been putting off for ages. I paired up with Catherine, who was very professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, and was able to sort out my issues and give me advise on the AMI processes etc. I felt very comfortable and welcomed in the branch.
