What a great bunch of people, very friendly and knowledgeable. Microchipping my chocolate labrador puppy and registration without any hassle.
Very good with pets, and understanding if you are unable to care for your pet or find a stray.

Please be kind to the people because who else would look after stray animals or unwanted pets. Animals are kept in the kennel for 7 days before being assessed and re-homed if possible.

Please help by adopting a pet or donating to this fantastic group of people.

These people are liars and hardly ever follow their regulations. They took my dog Zuko and won’t return him.

No good they just make money off us & animals they put our dog down. Funny thing is our dog didn’t do anything beside roaming around the neighbourhood but he was a very nice good dog and the everyone know who he was.

When my dog was stolen they assumed I had rehomed her, even though I recently paid for registration. 7 months later I had a police report, and still I had to prove myself. Pathetic, I want my dog back. Own your mistakes.

Picked up a dog that was up for adoption. Lovely staff, very busy, but made sure we were all set with what we needed. Unfortunately that had not given him his worm tablet so needed to get that done as dog threw up a tape worm. All good now, but when I messaged them about they were very apologetic and offered for me to get one from them but we were out of town and just got worm and flea stuff ourselves.

Loved it, the team here was a breeze to deal with, very welcoming & informative. Got my puppy all legal - rego chipped vaxD for under $100. Very pleased with service. Thank you from our family & snoop (puppy)

You used to be able to view dogs to see first reactions. It was always part of the process in finding your new family member. Now it's all by appointment and online. Very cold and calculated. Not a great process for bonding.

Very lovely lady who took my call about a concern. Matt did a fantastic job and I never had the feeling that they think I might overreact to the situation.

Great team of friendly professionals who obviously really care about our animal population. Very impressive service.

Dog control officer took my sons 4.5mth old puppy that was on a leash off his property at 10.15am on 26.10.20. His puppy was 1.5mths overdue to be registered hence why they were able to take her. Complaints were made about her barking, my sons been trying to teach her to get use to sleeping outside. 3 ppl were home and 2 were up and about (my son works night shift he was still in bed). Makes us wonder how much effort did the Dog Control Officer really make to knock on the door and get someone's attention. Had they have spoken to someone at the house they would have been informed that my son had booked an appointment with a vet to do all this and get her chipped at 5pm today. I spoke to Rachel to determine payment total $280. I explained to her that some ppl see animals as being part of their family. So to wake up and find your pet gone with only a note basically saying you have 7 days to pay this amount of money or your pet will be sold or DESTROYED can be quite traumatizing & upsetting for the owner. I asked her to plz give my son information about how to train his puppy to stop barking. He told me when he went in to pick up his dog Rachel was rude & blatantly ignored his questions. This place seems to care more about the money, otherwise they would have made more of an effort to speak with my son to educate him how to resolve the issues.

Really good encounter with the pooch registration people. They didn't have that whole "I hate you" air about them, just because I walked in the door.

I was told if I take a photo of a dog in my yard the owner would be fined! 20 photos later and no fines. Then they offered me a dog trap but the staff can't tie the bait on correctly. Wasted 6months of my time. The dog tried to bite my friend and my partner is uncomfortable with noise outside at night. Pathetic.

Called to inform of my missing fur baby they were really understanding about my stress at the time. They also do follow up calls until you find ya woggie
