This place sucks!
Booked an appointment and had to wait for 2 weeks to get in Get to the appointment and we were treated unfairly, rude and obstructive!
Never again are we going back there!
We will be registering else where and if Hamilton had a Bayfair Doctors with a top doctor like Steve Taylor we'd be there in a heartbeat

Tidy up your act Beerscourt medical center your not even a professional medical practice, it's more like a circus for clowns

Moved up here from Tauranga and absolutely disgusted in Reeta. My partner and I had an appointment, when she saw both of us there she rudely asked the nurse who I was, I wasn’t her patient and she’s not seeing me. She proceeded to tell me my doc is someone else not her but when we signed up we did as a couple! She won’t see me yet tried to show affection and care to my partner during the appointment, my partner had to tell her what she said and did was unacceptable. We left our appointment and changed doctors. I’m going to make a complaint about this but I see other reviews about this gross lady and seems the Director doesn’t care about patients

I have had nothing but issues since moving to this practice a year ago. You make an appointment which always gets cancelled and can hardly ever get in to see a doctor. Never seem to be able to retain their doctors either. Terrible service.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Pett for 14 years. Some of the reviews I’ve read about him are luckily things I’ve never encountered - he is kind and always listens to me (and actually hears me), never dismissive and when he should be firm, he is (I’m overweight and diabetic and my own worst enemy). I am sad but happy for him easing into retirement. Thank you Dr. Adrian

Reeta Lochan and Neil Turner are horrible doctors with little to no empathy towards their patients. They try to make simple little things as difficult as possible. Very cold and unfriendly people. However, their nurses and receptionists are friendly and kind.

I tried to make a complaint about Dr Reeta Lochan. It never got anywhere. Firstly, there is NO complaints process. I was given a phone number to call in order to make a complaint. A week later Dr Tim contacted. At first he too was sympathetic and he listened. I was feeling happy that I was being heard. I stressed to Dr Tim that my daughter desperately needs medical treatment and I will change our family Dr in order to receive fair and non judgemental treatment. Long story short. We had planned to have a meeting with the big boss (director). When Dr Tim spoke to me again, his tone changed. He said to me, "You seem happy with your new doctor, you can move on". Also, "Dr Reeta Lochan told me she knew you were going to complain". "what do you want out of this meeting? What's the point now? ". "It's your word against a Doctor". "Do you want heads to roll? ". "Are you wanting Dr Reeta to lose her job? ".
No! I replied. I explained to Dr Tim we have the right to fair treatment free from discrimination. My children have the right to advocacy. I know my children better than Dr Reeta. Dr Reeta denied us of fair treatment. I am happy to find a Dr that cares but the point of the complaint is so that other families don't get the same approach we got from Dr Reeta. I have the right to complain. Dr Reeta needs to know her approach is rude and condescending and very unprofessional.
I never got closure. I never got the chance to sit down and talk to them about how we were treated during the consultations with Reeta. There is no evidence in writing (email) what was said between us apart from what they wrote on their computer which I never witnessed but Dr Tim stated he has written it down. I could not get the complaint through. I was made out to be a bad person by wanting to raise concerns and I feel cohersed into not completing my complaint. I told Dr Tim he is condoning Dr Reeta's unpleasant attitude and it reflects on the service they provide. He became defensive and was quick to pull away from Dr Reeta by saying she is not a Doctor from their practice, rather, she is on contract.
What ever that means.

The most useless of medical centers. Their staff are incompetent at doing their jobs. I feel like most of their doctors got their degree from a cereal packet. Some of the staff are very apathetic and condescending as reflected in other reviews here. I would highly recommend avoiding this place!

Our family has been here with Dr. Whitley for nearly 20 years. She is a such nice person, always wants to help her clients. All of my family love her and talk with her as best friends. Many thanks for Dr. Whitley

Dr Adrian was very rude and unprofessional, making several inappropriate and offensive comments. He was extremely sexist and dismissive.

As a family we have been with Adrian Pett for nearly 10 years. He is the most fantastic GP and has been spot on with every treatment. The reception staff are always very helpful and warm and welcoming. We could not recommend a better clinic for our family.

I could write a novel about my time with Dr Pett and Beerescourt medical practice. But I’ll keep this brief. Dr Pett is an amazing, and knowledgeable doctor who really does care about his patients. He is the utmost professional. I will continue to sing his praises. 5 stars x 10. Caroline R

I really could not recommend this medical practice enough! They have a holistic approach to wellbeing and are superb at assessing and giving a full explanation of any concerns as well as possible treatments. The doctor I see at this practice is simply the best doctor I’ve ever had. The practice (office and medical staff alike), always makes you feel like you are “one of the family”. They are inexpensive, never overly rushed and are open to receiving general queries over the phone, where appropriate. I would give this practice 10 stars out of 5 if it were an option!

I wouldn’t recommend this medical centre after my dealings with Dr Adrienne Peet who is my 75 yr old dads GP.
I contacted him with my concerns for my Dads health and well-being, he was very unwell a diabetic with symptoms of dementia living alone and not managing refusing help. I contacted Dr Peet and explained how Dad had lost a lot of weight and his very confused state he was very unhelpful and when I rang to make an appointment the following day after speaking to him they informed me that he had gone on holiday and was not back till after Xmas. I couldn’t believe he failed to mention to me the day before about that especially as I called 2 days in a row expressing my concerns for his life!
A few days later my dad is now in hospital getting the help he desperately needs!

EVERYTIME I go there my appointment is always delayed by 10-15 minutes! I usually go there on my lunch break but every time I run late because I never get to see my Dr on time. In their practice No one says a word about it and no one says sorry your appointment is running late. I don't feel welcome there anymore. I'm definitely leaving this clinic and find a better one. So disappointed!
I'm a pregnant lady and my Dr didn't even bother asking how's everything going with the pregnancy etc. I don't even feel like I should be going there anymore. So rude!

I can't believe how this GP can still practice! This GP told the patient who complained about chest pain that he had to lose some weight and he'd be good. No further test or check up and he had a heart attact soon after. This other patient with blood in the urine hot told to drink more water. No other test was done either but luckily this person went to get a second opinion from another GP and after further tests were done, it turned out the patient has kidney caner. I think this dorctor survived by having Chinese patients who couldn't speak much English but still this wrong! Wish the system is like the US as this dictor deserves to be sued for malpractice for sure!

Very friendly staff, very reasonable prices! Doctors take time in their consultation to ensure you have the best possible treatment, rather than 'push' you out after your 15 minutes. They're like the 'old style' family doctor with a genuine interest in you and your health, as opposed to new kind of practices who charge an arm and a leg for their fancy buildings, but impersonal service. Big ups!

I've been going there for year and I love it! The staff are so friendly and the doctors actually care about you.
