Good game venue. Went there with a group of guys. Alot harder than it looks but certainly worth a visit

Have not been here for many years. Computer screens have been updated.

I just hoped that there were options to have the classic bowling cartoon animations back.

Had a good time, played one round. The tables could have been cleaner as there was still dishes and rubbish left there from the 2 previous users.

Huge amount of bowling lanes. Was really fun and easy. The service and staff were great. Basic food avaliable and some.good pizzas. Good tap selection for drinks too

Such an awesome night out on my wife's & I date night. Will be a recurring theme. Even the patrons either side of us were extremely friendly. A brilliant night out.

Went with a group of 5 and booked online, was easy to book and the venue was lovely but the staff were extremely rude. When they asked what shoe size, I politely asked “is it in men’s or women’s” she snapped back that it doesn’t matter and they know how to work it out. I told her my size and she gave me shoes that were way too big (8), when I went back to the counter, I said “can I please have a 6? ” And THE SAME GIRL said “is that in men or women’s? ” As if she hadn’t just told me that it doesn’t matter. We got ready to go and realised they hadn’t told us what lane we were in, and we had to wait in a queue again to ask.
I wouldn’t recommend to tourists like us, it’s not a very welcoming experience and you can tell the staff hate their jobs and take it out on the public.

Pizza good as always. But the people taking pizza orders look like the weight of the world was on their shoulders. No customer service at all.

The Best Part of this place is the Team, guys and girls are very friendly, welcomeing. They have a smile on their face which is good customer service.

Secondly the Ambiance is Great with Good Pizza of course and good selection of drinks.

All In all must place for family and friends here in Hamilton.

Great place for some bowling, food and arcade games for kids. The view of the river is a bonus.

Such a great place to take the family and have a fun time bowling great atmosphere and excellent service at both book in and the bar!

Took my son and his cousins and friends to skycity bowling, the staff were lovely, and helpful, however, the whole process of the game play kept being interrupted due to the balls jammin in the ball thingy which stopped everything.with 7 people playing, 4 being kids, it took too long I was over it.the place closed halfway through our game.considering I paid nearly $100 I wasn't impressed, however, the staff reimbursed me with $20 dining vouchers. Thankyou.all in all, clean, but pricey.next time il go straight to the casino while the kids play.

So the vouchers I had recieved, were EXPIRED.went to use them and they were denied.completely changed my mind about ever returning here.

So much fun at bowl and social Saturday night for a friends birthday, amazing staff food and vibes, CHALYCE was an absolute darling by far made the experience so much fun, can't wait to come back!

Tenpin bowling
Had the best time with my son everything just had fantastic vibes from the asthetically pleasing views the music the friendly and helpful staff and although we went there at off peak times I was just loving the whole vibe dancing to the music and enjoying the moment. My son bet me at tenpin bowling

Fun game but had a very glitches happen and no way to alert staff without walking over as the tablet thing wasn't working at all.

Worst experience with staff, discriminated by staff specially by the manager of bowl and social. Not recommended

Had a great time with my children, we always do when we bowl together, will be back again next holidays

A bit disorganised but the value and the venue and gear was top notch.
We did a corporate event.

Love this place for bowling with friends and family, you can order food and drinks while you play.

I understand we all are going through rough patch in businesses but that does not give anyone right to be extremely rude to you customers. My brother was not wearing mask just for a minute and a guy came in aggression and said that mask is not a handkerchief to remove. There is no way you can talk to someone in any business. We were about to leave everything and leave but kept cool. There is always a way to convey you message and There is no way that guy knew how to talk with his customers. Rubbish!
