Rude customer service representative.
Didn't let us use the wash room, even after fuelling around $300 petrol.

In our Motorhome & wanted LPG bottle filled & Lady did not want to do it. We had to go 12km out of our way to get gas. We have spent a lot of money in this town & would have stayed longer but couldn't as we need gas. BP has let Turangi down as a town. Will be putting post on NZMCA Site, BP has gas but doesn't want to sell it!
WHY!?

I experienced sub standard customer service provided by an old lady CSR named Barbara. She do not even know what her job duties as a CSR on top of it her rude, judgemental and inappropriate behaviour with the customers is a really big loss for the owner. For more information regarding what was the incident I would request the management to get in touch.

Our car's battery went flat, and Chris at BP let us use her jumper cables (not BP's) despite our car being parked far off down the street. Thank you Chris.

The lady (looks like in her 60s), in the gas station didn't wish me or didn't say thank you or didn't show any kind of customer service and I felt a bit bad because I m a fan of BP and I normally fuel my car from BP and I use their Cafe as well. I m posting this just after my bad experience from Turangi BP on 22nd of May at 10.45 am.

Come to place buy smoke around 9am the lady on counter was very rude. Bad customer service

Nice service, but it's an older station, less equipped. Only has 91 and 95, no 98 like bigger BPs. Store is small and bathroom requires a key from the front counter.

Unfriendly staff!
Bought something where we were not sure if we would need it for the next hike and asked in advance if it's possible to give it back of course untouched&not used.
We gave it back 2 days later, had to justify why we didn't bring it back the day earlier (were hiking) and then they claimed we touched/used the product what we definitely didn't. Got a refund but don't recommend going there!
Btw opening hours on maps must be wrong, closes much earlier.

Great fuel prices, great service good conversation. I popped in on Tuesday on my way to the national park. The lovely attendant was smart, witty and had great conversation. She may have only said a couple of sentences but that made a world of difference.
