Brays Auto Centre (ex Auto-Tech)

Well Jason what do I say you have an amazing team in there. Took my Triton ute in there with over heating issues and got it back running better than when I first brought it. Also took my Holden Commodore SS to him after i picked up my ute 2 other workshops one in the waikato and the other in hawkesbay couldn't find my transmission problem and engine faults where brays auto centre took the time and spent the time to look outside the square and not just what shows on a screen the boys there are amazing.

One star is too high. Obviously created alot of false positive reviews. New owners rude and one of the shonkiest mechanics I have ever used. Could not even diagnose a basic problem but decided to over charge me for something that wasn’t required. Took it to a real mechanic to get proper repair. Avoid at all costs, drive to Paeroa, what ever it takes to avoid

Last minute need on a Friday. Out of Towner and still made the time to help me safely back onto the road to get home. Could not recommend these lovely people any higher! And the mechanic has a singing voice like Def Leppard! Amazing xx

Had clutch brakes and service done on ute highly recommend. Impressed with charges. Will not hesitate to go back next we are in Te aroha.

Fantastic! Had our ride on mower serviced there and was delivered back home squeaky clean and going like a charm. Also had battery replaced in car remote. Great efficient service, highly revommend️

They serviced my car and completed the WOF very quickly for a good price. Also very friendly service and honest. Highly recommended mechanic.

Good place was travelling back down to Palmerston North from the coromandel, and my car broke down, they replaced the alternator as my on broke, good workshop, clean, and professional, just unfortunate I have to use another mechanics to change the alternator belt for 180 as they used my old belt and was warn squeaky.

Avoid! Only got 1 star because it was the only way I could write a review. Huge issues with repairs that needed to be readdressed, huge delays, then a Warrant check that estimated around $900 needing done. When independently rechecked only one issue (known). Now "new radiator" leaking (after 8 weeks) Would never recommend.

Fantastic. I had an issue with a missing bolt in a shock. Even though I was just passing through town they were able to make time for me to fix a potentially dangerous issue. The fixed it quickly and the charge was reasonable. Really helped me out. Thanks very much.
