Exceptional service! I arrived and was seen to immediately by a tyre technician. Sadly they didn't have what I required and I had arrived too late for same day delivery. Due to not being from Hamilton, the man kindly phoned around to get me sorted, though it meant they did not get the sale! Definitely go there! A+

Need 2 new rear tyres for WOF and went to Bridgestone on Tawn Street. The lady receptionist is really helpful and manages to get me an appointment on the very same day. The mechanic who replaces my rear tyres even rotates the front and back tyres which help to improve the tyres lifespan. I walk away a very happy customer. Thumbs up to them.

The team was awesome. I took my car in to a few other places and the issue was not resolved so I decided to give b select a call we took it in and Dave took a look at our car and was able to pin point the problem and got it sorted on the spot he was very honest. And helpful definitely a place I'd consider taking my car again thanks Dave n the team for the good work

Very quick WoF for the trailer.sure beats waiting in a queue for hours across the road! And you can book a time instead of queuing! What's not to like?

Special thanks to Harry for helping me sort out the power steering pump for my car. You definitely went beyond my expectations to resolve the issue by staying patient and doing the right analysis. WARNING! CORRUPT MECHANICS!

I am writing this review, because I cannot see my other review

I went to this place with a minor sound in my front left wheel. I came back with a worse sound after spending $800. I was promised the first time the car would drive like a “new car”. Still the problem is not fixed and worse each time I came back, three times I came back.

Terrible mechanics, they actively seek to keep you coming back, not fix the problem.

Is this the worst mechanic in Hamilton? Probably!
Brought a grab one voucher for WOF & service, being and older car it needed some additional work so spent $1200 on repairs.
This car has been back to this mechanic 3 times since and the same issues are still happening.
First issue & first trip back was they had incorrectly wired up the windows so put the drivers window down and it was connected to the passenger side. Was fixed immediately which was appreciated.
2nd issue was the car started making a screeching sound, they blamed that another mechanic had stretched the power steering belt. (these guys have been the only mechanic to look at this car in several years so could only have been them to cause this issue)
3rd time returning the car was the drivers seat seat is not able to be locked in place. This was very clearly on their quote as fixed and we have paid for this. This is still an on going issue.
Despite the car being their 4 times and the same issues are still on going with no feedback or offer to further repair or a refund for work not done I would highly recommend that you go to another mechanic to repair your car!

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Dave and the boys all do amazing work. They treat me not only as a valued customer, but also as a friend. Appreciate you guys!

My experience with the people here has been positive.

I genuinely feel they are not trying to take advantage of me and they are there to help keep me on the road and keep safe me on the road.
