Awesome customer care and service. Staff are really good and friendly. They have taken the wrong tyre size first and given a quote. When they realized the correct size, the quote went up. But they offered me the Fire stone tyre and wheel alignment @ the initial quote. They treated me in a professional way. Highly recommended
Didn't have the tyres we needed but The owner knew of another place we could get them and phoned them for us to arrange for us to go there and collect them. Excellent service.
Called in on the off chance that the team would be able to rotate the tyres on my car without a booking - they did with no waiting, no hassle and no charge! Will definitely go again when the tyres need replacing
Received a good service today. The three were of good quality. Got the right suggestion. Could offer customers a drink especially on a cold morning being winter at the moment but that's just a suggestion.
Thank you so very much to David and Seamus. On New Years Eve at 4.45 pm we called for assistance with one of our rear dual tyres which had shredded. They said 'No Worries we will wait for you'. We limped around the corner and they changed all four back tyres for us. I really appreciated the service they gave us. Otherwise we would have been stranded for 2 days. I totally recommend them.

I have had the best customer service experience here today - went to get my tyres changed, only to find out the wrong sized tyres have arrived. This wasn't picked up until a warning sign came up on my dashboard after I happily drove off. Jason the Store Manager then personally drove to Tauranga to collect the correct tyres to make sure I had the new tyres on the car for the weekend - this is a stellar demonstration of what top customer service looks like and I am truly impressed.
