Briscoes Te Rapa

Bloody ripoff, Visited the store twice today and got to know that Sale price promotions do not match the prices on the computer, they continued ripping off the customers by charging them extra bucks. I had to let CSR know that please don't rip me off, please match the price, which is displayed on the shelves. Sadly they had to do both times. I imagine how much extra dollars they charged from innocent customers who don't even check the price on the computer screen before paying. Highly disappointed. Won't be buying stuff from this store anymore.

Very helpful with an item to be ordered online. Paid for in store and delivered within 2 days.

I regularly shop here on a Saturday morning and I just had to share that my experiences are always so lovely. It's nice to see teamwork and enthusiasm in staff. I've had to make exchanges before and it's never a problem and I feel like they genuinely try to go above and beyond normal service elsewhere. In particular I enjoy the humourous interactions with staff and manager (?) at counter. Love to see a happy team enjoying their time in a service role. Other shops could take note of staff here.

I received two times great customer service experience from Trudy. She is gem of the store, really hardworking person, friendly and very polite person I ever met in the same store. Keep it up Trudy, set examples for others with your good work. Thank you so much for your kindness too.

Click and collect was terrible. Was told the order was ready so went to collect it and 1 item was not there. Didn't here from them so phoned up 5 days later, got mixed messages, but the last item was ready to pick up and had been in the store for 4 days! Emailed their "customer service" and got a generic reply 10 days later. Good price and quality on the goods but poor communication and service.

Clean tidy store, no staff interaction the whole time we browsed. The frying pans and stock pots were too expensive for us at the time even with the half price and 40% off sales.

Friendly and welcoming staff. They have offers every week. I love biying towels and bedding from there

Never click and collect from briscoes I got my mum a present for Christmas then few days later got a notification saying my order is ready to be collected went in and staff told me they don’t have it, that’s not even the worst part when finally my order was found I picked it up opened up the box and there was broken glass inside not very happy.

I went into briscoes Te Rapa to look for a particular product. I couldn’t find this so I asked the First Lady worker where could I find the product. She said to me “ it’s down that isle somewhere” didn’t help me to find the product. She just pointed and carried on what she was doing. Then I asked the second worker she said “ they are all here” I then advised that’s not the product that is showing on the website and I’m after the product that is on sale. The worker reluctantly went out the back to look for the product. Then came out eventually to advise the product I was not available. The staff at Briscoes Te Rapa are rude and don’t care about helping the customers. If I could have given no stars I would have.

Some of the things we were after there were stock issues, staff were friendly and very helpful. The prices on some of the products were pricey if it weren't for sales I think we may have gone somewhere else!

Rather expenzive, but well stocked with all home and decor. Also outdoor camping equipment and pet care product.
Drspite the price of some things.it has some nice well made goods, I feel it is a gold shop for variety.

Wouldn't get click and collect again. Had to go in twice because of staff not completing order

A young Girl at The Counter acknowledged and greeted us as we walked in, She was really lovely (her name is Sam).
She went out of her way to help us. Thanks so much Sam!

We came in to buy some Induction Pots which were on special. Great deal! At least when You buy from Briscoes, You know You will definately get good quality along with a great deal! (⁠⁠‿⁠⁠)

Currently they are under renovation and stocks are rather unimpressive.

Once they are ready, this is a good place to grab great deals

Phone call inquiries about order mistake given information when in store the information totally changed not happy at all

Friendly staff, easy parking. Popped in was able to see everything clearly. Got what I needed in one store recommended

Need to have more staff on, not just on Black Friday weekend.even during recent level 3 Lockdown, click and collect was taking too long to be processed when the stocks were available in the store itself.
