BurgerFuel Cambridge

Stopped in for a break, enjoyed the Morning Joe thickshake & spuds. Had an interesting time watching some clown berate the staff for something he didn't like about a condiment. He rejected their apologies, noted it wasn't their fault and then got louder and louder at them. Certainly entertaining. The staff did all the right things customer service wise so credit to them.
I'll be back!

We love going to Burger Fuel for a special treat. Lovely clean store, always great service, really nice in the evenings with pretty lighting and sunny in the afternoon. Good, fast food but way better than the usual burger joints. A bit more spendy but well worth it. Loads of parking spaces too.

I just went for a night out with my husband and i thought we would go to burgerfuel for a nice burger but we were severely disappointed and dissatisfied by the performance of the staff there, we had to stand at the till and call out for 10 odd minutes before i was served and when i was served it seemed like the dude that was serving me had no moral to be there and the food i had a burnout burger it was so sloppy no proper taste and all sticky and saucy please redo the menus

Delicious food and very fast. Cooked to order. I will definately visit again if I'm in the area

I don't know who was in the kitchen, our burgers (x 4) and our chips (potato & kumera) were a thing of beauty, basically food perfection. I have been to many BurgerFuel and this experience was on another level, the correct amount of sauce, ingredients. I am dreaming to go back, amazing experience.

Consistently great food. Often busy but short wait times, I'll usually chill in the car and they bring it out which is nice. If you like good burgerfuel, this store is for you.

It’s a real shame to see Burgerfuel has lost its mojo. It’s been my favourite place to go for years but my last few visits, surly customer service, sloppy food presentation, half filled chips and the flavour that was so good before … standardised. A real let down. Time to find a new favourite i guess. This store was the worst BF I’ve ever had. Most of the burger wasn’t on the bun, the bacon wasn’t cooked the sauce was all on one side, had the ends of tomatoes with the green bits on, way too much lettuce. And for some reason my order came out after three groups of people that came in after me.

Food was quite good! I've gone there twice, the first time I would have probably waited it a 3 stars but it was a pretty new store at the time. However the second time I went was really good, and I also got a great recommendation to add to my burger, which I tried and it was actually a really great recommendation. It was nice to have a better experience second time around. I usually always enjoy Burgerfuel so glad I tried it a second time

It's good having a reasonably decent hamburger chain outlet in Cambridge. It's been a while since I've indulged in one of their seriously big burgers and enjoyed the smash browns and battered chips. Definitely worth going as a group so you can try all the different sides without eating too much.

Dry chicken soaked in some sort of mustardy sauce, avocado was weird, probably frozen. Chips were undercooked and a little mushy. Service was good.

Website clearly states they're open until 10pm, drove over 30 mins to get there at 9.30, only to be told that they're closed.

Great food, but today's burger had some avo on that was off. Totally ruined what would have been a great meal. By the time I realized it, I was half way to the next town.

Been here lots. Burgers taste great but they have stuffed up the orders massively the last 3 times, management not interested in offering anything more than a weak apology. Had enough will be heading elsewhere now.

This is the most delicious restaurant, with the best burgers and milkshakes and even sides. With lovely staff

Staff need to be a little more focused on customers or it may be they were short staffed on the day. Either way food was good

I visited this place on a sunday. The service was average as the staff there looked moody and annoyed. But besides that we got our food fast but our fries were cold but on the good side our burgers were nice and warm.kind of pricy for a burger though 15.70 for a chicken burger with no drink or fries.

Best best burger we've had in years. Staff cheerful atmosphere happy definitely the burger for us.

First time here - exceptional food- very impressed- had “Moto bites” instead of fries very tasty - full of flavour- well done guys

7 staff. It took 4 to hold up the counter and only 3 worked as I waited for my on line order. To be fair if you are not busy you should be cleaning the front counter. It is after all what is seen when you 1st walk in. A staff training sign on the counter. I wouldn't be impressed if my staff we being trained and paid to gossip. I arrived at the time given to collect my order and left 20minutes later when it was actually ready. 1st time going and wasn't an overly pleasant experience.
