Love the doctors, don't love the reception/booking. We can never see our own doctor and it's impossible to book an appointment on the same day or even the next day. There are simply too many patients now and the doctors are overloaded.

Never had any issues, every doctor and nurse ive seen have always been kind, helpful and accomodating.
Never had any issues getting quick appointments. Receptionists are all friendly. First doctors ive been to that ive actually recommended to friends.

This Dr Baker diagnosed my father with indigestion with no follow up 8 years ago in England after he came in with chest pain - he died from a heart attack a little over a year later. Glad to see you've run away to NZ and hope your patients are well

Shocking doctors, don’t know where they were trained. Brought our son in with coughing runny nose and temperature got sent on our way with the it’s just viral it will go away. Ended up in A and E in Hamilton and was close to begin admitted to Waikato hospital with a serious chest infection.

I am really disappointed with this Health service. Ever since they moved to the new premise, you hardly ever get to see your own doctor. They treat patients who are visiting and waiting on Res visa status horrible. I was not treated this way 5 yrs ago. It really is disappointing.

Last yr had a medical incident few days later received an email. "loose weight" no plan or discussion
followup.
Txt or email was from Dr I'd seen.no discussion. Appalling handling. Then ph for ear ck.they had a gp there but I had to wait to c ear nose throat gp they had later next day. I was sick and deaf. I saw another clinic I needed antibiotics and treatment. Needless to say iv left this cambridge health clinic.even my dog gets better treatment at her vet.

New location has excellent access and the new practise rooms are spacious and very well organised. There's was plenty of well spaced seating in the waiting area last time I visited. Great to see other health professionals right next door so a lot of referrals can be carried out with out any extra driving.

I was considering changing my GP because of a bad experience. However, today my opinion was completely reversed by Adele. What a wonderful asset to the clinic Adele is. Adele really went out of her way to help me out. I could have had the worst day today, but because of Adele, it was a lot easier. She is so genuinely kind! Thank you so much Adele, you have no idea how grateful I am!

They should open on saturdays for few hours like every other medical center do.
After me giving them 1 star earlier the good thing is i have received a call the first thing on monday morning and was given an appointment for later that day. That shows they care about the reputation.
