Fantastic team from Vet Elango, vet nurse Ella and receptionist Haylee. I was a bit apprehensive taking my ex feral cat for his first appointment, but it was made so easy by such professional and caring staff. Puss was even more laid back on visit number 2.

We are new to the area so had to change vets. Haylee on reception was AMAZING! So friendly, welcoming and informative. The vet was great and very thorough! My kitten left very happy after all the treats!

One of my dogs started freaking out and made his vaccinations difficult.the CareVets team were able to come up with a plan for next time, which involved treating him in the reception area as he was comfortable there. We went from drama queen to no dramas at all:) The vet also took time with my slow-to-warm-up dog. He was quiet and gentle, taking the time to gain her trust. She's now very confident to go there! I really couldn't ask for better.

Poor surgical experience and very expensive $200 + to have a cat spayed.
Not very impressed, I will go to Maramarua or Great South Rd vets next time, even though Great South Rd vets is a training clinic there are far more skilled at desexing and sutures and only a quarter the price at $50

So happy, great people that work there friendly and caring. Taken great care of my cat. Just came in smiling and left smiling. Appreciate their help. Really please thank you:)
