Challenge Matamata

I had a distressing negative experience while attempting to resolve a problem with #1 pump. I was treated very rudely. Both staff persons were disgusting and had no intention to resolve my issue.
I shan't be buying fuel there as they have faulty pumps.

Stopped in the late evening so not too many people about. Friendly chap at the counter came out and poured our gas for us. Haven't had that for a while

Fill up LPG gas for Motorhome. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Diesel was the cheapest in Matamata by 6 cents per litre. Highly recommended.

Best size single, double, triple scoop ice cream there is with a variety of flavors. Staff are friendly and will put petrol In your car while you have your ice cream

Cheap petrol, I went in the wrong way to all the other cars lol. But its worth it, I don't usually buy drinks but far out it was that hot my tounge was stuck to the roof of my mouth lol. So as I was in line to pay for my gas and drink the young lady spoke over the speaker that my car needed filling. Awesome I thanked her and the tall guy outside working. Friendly staff cheap gas, and there's loos available and icecreams, lollies, pies, coffees and food. Call in you will be pleased, and a lady outside told me cheap Tuesdays. Yeha I'm going back, roll on Tuesday. Great service station

AAA+ I went there with some of my sisters for an ice cream men ask for one scoop of ice cream men their one scoop look like a double it's is worth the money I be coming back thank you

Guy on the forecourt is an absolute legend. Appeared immediately to help fill up, explained the discount scheme and then when I came out from paying he was washing the windscreen. Couldn't be better.

I mostly go here for the ice cream & seldom anything else. They scoop a very generous serving of ice cream, starting at $1.50 for a "single" scoop. As yet, I've never bought a double or triple scoop because the single is so big anyway!

Absolutely no price labels on any lollies, biscuits, chips etc, for me it equals NO SALE! Great way to rip off the customers

Best service in town and will match or beat pricing too. An easy choice where to go when in Matamata.

This has to be the best Service Station in the Country. Awesome service, cleanest toilets and best staff. I would drive for miles to refuel there.

Clean bathroom and service with a smile.

The guy who served me was super friendly, even though I bought about $5 of stuff. The bathroom was nice and clean with auto hot water etc.

Because theyre so pleasant to serve you big smiles makes feel good when the day is not great place

Lovely guys, changed my tyres in no time, also checked my tyre pressure even when I just drove up off the street, very friendly and so accommodating

One of the cleanest Gas stations I have been in ever, and thats from a long haul courier. General store and bathrooms were spotless.
However the young lady at the counter asked me, a fully grown man with a beard and tattoos for ID for smokes so probably won’t go back.

Large icecreams, even a real fruit one available. Friendly servers. Can use Gold Card at Challenge - 8 cents per litre discount!
