One of the best breakfast meals I’ve had. Ordered the Full Grill on the menu. Staff were friendly too. Will come back next time with mates

I highly recommend the veggie breakfast! Lots of different tastes and excellently prepared.

Sooooo disappointed! The food size is so small, $30 steak finished within 2 bites. Chips is over cooked too. Won’t come back again

Came here for breakfast, there was a good range of cabinet food, muffins, muffins etc
The breakfast menu was limited, I just wanted a cereal option and there was none so settled on pancakes which were really good. My friend had eggs Benedict with bacon which she said was really good.

Friendly staff, warm greetings when entering. Food was well resented, delicious and hot. Will be back.

We are kiwis living in Australia. We came back to NZ for 5 days to visit family and your coffee shop quickly became our local. Your staff are brilliant, your food is awesome and the coffee is perfection. Well done on a fantastic business.

Had the all day breakfast and a coffee. The staff there are very friendly and the atmosphere of the place was great. Looking forward to going again

It was my favorite place but they have changed lots of things. No more good service, kitchen closing time is too early. They close kitchen 2: 50 even though they open until 4pm.

If I could give this place -stars I would! The absolute worst place I have eaten at in New Zealand. I will never eat there again. I ordered an eggs benedict, I specifically asked for the eggs to be "well done", properly cooked, and they were not only under done, they were raw and watery, I didn't even realize that was a thing.watery eggs. I complained and I wasn't offered a refund for my meal or even something complementary. Staff seems like they have no comprehension of customer service, almost annoyed by their patrons. There are amazing restaurants and bakery's in Hamilton, don't waste your money or your time at Cinnamon, not worth the fuel it took to drive there to be honest.

Been there twice now.poor service twice. Despite pre booking & selecting choice of breakfast in advance this time around, still hadn't got my breakfast by time rest of my group had finished & were ready to go. And was largely ignored. Exceedingly poor. Won't be returning.

We were already on our way to this place when we called at 2: 45 to see if it was still open. They said they are and we arrived at 2: 50 and the kitchen was closed. Wouldn’t it be more sensible to tell us over the phone if the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes? And this is the 2nd time this happened. Closing time is at 4 and kitchen closes at 2: 50. Just doesn’t make sense

Delicious pancakes and great service. Will definitely be back again when I am in Hamilton next time.

Eggs Benedict. Eggs were hard and on each one I got an 25 mm square piece of bacon which was hard and dry as if it was cooked earlier and then reheated. Disappointing brunch.

Food and coffee were good. Felt rushed to get out as they were getting ready to close. Staff busy talking to people they know rather than concentrating on who they are serving at the time

Today was our second visit. Service is AMAZING. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The cabinet food looked very tempting but we were all full after our delicious breakfast. The coffee was perfectly made, we will be back again. Thanks team!

Not a great experience. Went with group of 9 people and felt like we were rushed through. Food was ok but prices a bit steep.

Such a popular Cafe! Wide variety of delicious food on menu and in the cabinet. The workers are so cheerful and energized. I've been many times and never had a bad experience.
