Classy Nail Salon

Went to get my nails done a few hours ago the lady put super glue on my skin and then very forcefully tried to separate my nail from the skin. Only after I told her it hurt she was more careful. She seemed to be rushing a lot which made the experience not enjoyable and made me quite uncomfortable. As for my nails…. I could’ve done a better job at home. Lesson learnt not to come here again. Save your money and please don’t go here

I went there for booking of my nails such a rude staff specially the short Indian girl she needs to learn professionalism and manners I would say. They don’t have any costumer service skills. Non professional staff. Will never go back again.
Hey mr owner thanks for reply but I came last time you don’t have respect for time I came on time they were still busy and stop over-trusting your staff. They really need to learn manners. I think even you need too.

The woman who made my nails barely made effort. She didn't remove the cuticle properly, messy painting on my nails. What a waste of money!

Went and had a pedicure yesterday
The young girl was so so rude
Had a booking and was on time
Presented a voucher to her witch was a present for xmas
She took the voucher from me tore it up in front of me and threw it in the bin
Then told me to sit in the white chair
So so unprofesional
Will not be returning

Got a pedi a week ago and two days later got toe infections on both my big toes. They do not sanitise or sterilise their tools they use properly and they also don’t change gloves in between clients when they’re short stuffed. This place is disgusting and should be shut down.

First time getting nail extensions, went for the SNS and my technician did a fantastic job, continually checking and making sure I was happy with what she was doing, very considerate and did a very professional job, attention to detail was very good!

Amazing service! So friendly and a huge selection of colours and styles. The stylists were clearly very skilled and knew exactly how I wanted my nails. Definitely going back!

We came from over seas for a wedding and I was looking for a place for us and the bride to be to get our nails done. They were so accommodating and very sweet and did a great job! Definitely recommend this place!

Mum and I got a pedicure with shellac polish done today and the team was lovely. All very kind, caring and professional. Gave advice on colours, ensured I was comfortable the whole time, and even let me sit and wait in the massage chair while mum was finishing up! Definitely would recommend:)

Best nail salon I’ve been to! They took me in and did amazing nails for me and was really friendly and made sure I loved them! Amazing prices too! Will definitely be coming back,  thank you!

Would give it zero stars if I could. The man made a rude remark about me while doing my nails. Thinking for some strange reason I wasn’t able to hear it, laughing with a co worker. You are nowhere near good enough to be making fun of other people. When the real JOKE is the service YOU provide. There were kids working in there doing pedicures also. Spending $60 to get your feet done by a child. The women are rude and the work is very subpar. I’m surprised I didn’t catch some kind of fungus from such an unprofessional salon. Book at your own risk.

My 7 year old daughter and my self went to get our nails done. Lovely people and they made sure our nails were both done.

Absolutely amazing, showed what I wanted and that’s exactly what I got. Great Customer service and always checking in during the treatment if you are happy with the results! 10/10 experience with the lovely ladies there!

I went there and had to wait 1hr which was all fine. My appointment was at 11: 15am and finished at 11: 45 now 30mins is nowhere enough time to get acrylics done they were rushed the shape was not what I had asked for. I was charged $70 and honestly it was a waste. My friends have been there multiple times and had beautiful nails I am very upset how mine turned out. If she didn’t have enough time she shouldn’t have booked me in. When she was done and putting the cuticle oil on she just slapped it on there and didn’t rub it in nor the moisturiser. If I could I would rate this salon -1. She only put 2 layers on paint and you can see that half the nail is almost see through and when she put the top coat over the sealed in pieces of black fluff

Went to get a set of French tip acrylics and showed them a reference photo of what I wanted so I could get a price. Was charged $60. When I sat down I then showed the nail tech again what I wanted and she started. What I wanted is the complete opposite of what I got. Majority of my nail was white, not just the tip I’m talking 3/4 of my long acrylic nails were white. I asked them to fix it and they were going to try charge me an extra $25 and I could only get it fixed in a couple of days.i would understand if i was charged more in the beginning but this was after i had been given a price and paid.especially considering the quality of care i got.too much in a rush to go on lunch.i had to go out and spend more money to fix the mess when i shouldn't have. Now I have been here multiple times and had no issues and have always enjoyed myself but this was terrible.

I asked for a full colour set acrylics but was charged for the gel acrylic set instead. The lady rushed my nails, they were thick with uneven surfaces, air bubbles in the paint, and badly shaped. My friend got gel manicure with French tips, the lady she had made it obvious she didn’t like her, and the base polish left a pink tint instead of being clear, and the gel polish lasted just under a week before it started to peel off. This was our first time going to this salon and definitely my last. Not worth the money

Friendly staff, but the manicure was not good. Nails were all different lengths and not filed straight all wonky. When finished had to ask them to refile as they were very rough. Also had to ask them to properly trim cuticles.
