Countdown Rototuna

Shopping at woolworths Hamilton, bought a bulb of garlic. There was no price on the box. When I got home I checked the price as I had been charged $2.10 per bulb, in the past. Today I was charged $4.20, for a single bulb of Garlic. Unbelievable rip off

When trying to purchase hayfever tablets before pharmacy opening hours, transaction rejected at counter as had to be purchased through pharmacy. Don't have them accessible to customers on the shelf if they cannot be purchased.

Another rebranded Countdown now is called Woolworths. Very big store, clean and tidy, but the products are a bit costly than those in other stores.

Hands down my favourite supermarket. Good layout, nice and modern and new, excellent selection

Very nice store but so useless at keeping the shelves stocked. More organic and vegan products are necessary

Good outlet with good options and there is a pharmacy as well.

A very nice modern supermarket. A very nice place. The range & stock level is excellent. On occasion you will even see the store Robot! It cleans the floor and checks the aisles for stock gaps. I got a giant Ham on special & a decent amount of wine for a staff meeting. The carpark has a great covered pick up collection zone & ev charging zone. The supermarket even has a Pharmacy within the supermarket, which means you can shop whilst waiting for your prescription & achieve a high productivity day. Thanks! No checkouts open. "Customer service" staff stood around and watched me struggle to self checkout a week's worth of groceries for 5 people. I had been planning to do my weekly shop here but not going through this again! Asked staff if it's normal to have no checkouts open and had "Uh, dunno" grunted at me. Won't be back.

Our new local shopping centre. Very clean, ample parking. Quality products and FULL shelves. Love the robot Great prices! Never leave unsatisfied! Thanks Countdown, always the best for our family?

We shop there regularly. Good stick most of the time, friendly staff and plenty of parking spaces

I travel 15 minutes to do my grocery shopping here, as they always have items I have on my list and offer a good range of products unlike the Countdown at Nawton which is closest to where I live

The staff just think they can do whatever they want just cause they’re older than usual staff at countdown and i talked with one and she talked back like she’s the boss of what i buy. All I do now is go to new world they’re staff is way kinder and better mannered

Shelves are never stocked.almost every time I go there, there's something I can't get. Worst supermarket for it in area.

Fired all your staff then wonder why you can't get anything done and shelves are empty. Shame on you

Will never go there again
. I got followed the entire time by the security guard. I've never stolen anything in my life and I wasn't acting suspicious or anything. I don't like feeling like I'm a thief.

Very less than average store. I will never use the store again. Will travel out of my way to get what I want.

Fantastic store. Beautiful lay out. Only down side to the store are the stock levels. Probably out of their control. Otherwise a really lovely shopping experience.

Big car park well stocked well coming friendly staff was able to go in there and get everything that I need

This countdown is always stocked when we visit. Better than other countdown outlets. They providing excellent service.
