This is the best DoJo in Hamilton, and well New Zealand. Shihan Penita is amazing, my 8 year old absolutely loves doing karate in this warm energy filled environment! I joined to help him at home and am finding how AmAzINg Kyokushin is! My body is feeling better and my head is in a great place! Come check it out!
