Bought a car today from Sebastian Skjolden. A great Sales Consultant who went through everything thoroughly and a joy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Bad customer service.
Phoned to ask the price of service but the lady put me on hold for about 10 minutes so I cancelled the call. Rang again after 15 minutes and this time someone else answered and said that I’ll ask her to call you back soon but haven’t received any calls back.

Went in to look at a vehicle, sales person wasnt even interested. All other dealerships like to take your details and interested to sell. Salesperson here didnt even ask what our requirements were.

Took my lexus in for a recall today. They gave me a new RAV4 as a courtesy car. They were promt, efficient and very courteous 10 out of 10

These guys really need to set the bar for wofs and stick to it. You have LVV certifiers, mechanics and muffler specialists laughing at you for this. They too believe your guy had no idea what he was doing.
I've owned my car for 5 years and for the 5 years have come to Toyota for my wofs. I've done nothing new to the exhaust but only now they fail it for potentially being too loud.
So there's 2 situations:
1- Either Toyota has illegally passed my car for wofs the entire time prior.
2- the guy who did my wof today is an oddball who doesn't understand that the exhaust is legal and so is the noise level that their colleagues have passed me on for the past 5 years.

Which one is it? Your staff being inadequate or the company passing my car illegally? Because neither are a good result.

The legal limit is 90 to 95 decibels. It says this on the NZTA website for everyone to see. Mine is under that amount, your guy wrote that. Secondly, my car has not been green stickered so have been advised by LVV this cannot legally be requested. What a joke and a waste of money.
Side note- the wof techinican was too scared to talk to me about the situation and kept leaving the poor receptionist who advised she didn't have as much knowledge (and rightly so) in the middle of it. If you're not able to back up your own work that in itself is dodgy.

Great visit, the lovely staff, was not pushy and know their facts.
Offered a cup of coffee, and hot chocolate for me.
Drove away with a good deal.

Staff is welcoming, especially the team of Scott, who did a fabulous DURA-SEAL PPF job on my car. Definitely recommend you guys.

Made an appointment to talk to a sale representative arrived at the yard representative was not to be found not impressed so left haven't been back not likely to either

Spares department guys I’ve dealt with on the last 2 occasions have been super friendly and they know their job well. They actually make an effort. By far the best experience at a dealership that I have experienced

Terrible service! Very disappointed! When I walked into the store, I was told that the maintenance service was $1200. I was not given any information about their price list. When I picked my car up, I looked up (the price board is very high) and saw the base service is only $365. I do not have to choose the most expensive service. I felt that I was cheated. They should tell me the price list and let me choose what I want to do. They gave me the impression that they only offer $1200 service. Really bad experience with Toyota Hamilton! I made the complaint in the store but no one cares. I even did not hear a sorry.

The sales lady was very professional and polite, my daughter was very comfortable asking questions about buying her first new car. The atmosphere and surroundings was great also. We did buy a new Toyota that day, great job everyone.

Awesome service, especially from Helen and Simon. On arrival at Ebbett Toyota I was professionally greeted by Helen and my vehicle was effortlessly booked in. In the afternoon Simon collected me from in the city and transported me back to Ebbett Toyota. The courtesy shuttle service was absolutely FREE!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Sat there for an hour and a half waiting for someone to urgently scan our vehicle after the check engine light came on and they completely neglected us. We even called ahead but they failed to load the job for us. Cody’s communication was ZERO unless we approached him asking him what was going on and why hadn’t we been seen. It’s a 5min job and one we needed done for our own safety and they did not give a toss. This isn’t the first time we’ve been neglected here by the service team either! Do not expect good service if you go here, don’t expect anyone to care about you and don’t expect ANYTHING to do done within the timeframe you’ve been given even if you’ve been a loyal customer for years.

Excellent service from Aidan Sami and the rest of the team. I can highly recommend them for a great selection of cars and comfortable showroom. 10 out of 10.

I went to replace bushes that I previously purchased because they were the wrong items so when I asked for the right bushes I was overwhelmed that it didn't come separately. Went ahead and brought them but made a huge mistake. It was very pricey for me but I must say they gave me a refund after I went back thinking about it, so I was very happy.

Good service and quick considering parts had to come from Japan. Their new genuine parts were cheaper than the same secondhand parts I had priced from a wrecker.
