Says 175kW EV fast charger at Te Rapa but only put out 32kW. Help desk wasn’t helpful at all, closed online chat. Poor form

I paid deposit to these guys for $2000 to purchase a vehicle and very next day I told them that I won't be buying that vehicle and asked for deposit refund ans it's been 9 days they haven't refunded my money

Awesome service, nice modern new showroom. I was impressed by the warm welcome by the staff (those in the showroom as well as those working quietly behind the scenes), ease of signing the paperwork and the "unveiling" of my vehicle hidden under a protective cover. Another nice touch was the gift of a bottle of wine and a full tank of diesel.
The effort that went into preparing a quote, answering all questions promptly and sorting out the additional accessories in just a couple of days shows commitment of service excellence.

What actually happened, deserves a 1 star. But the excellent premises, the tea, and ultra nice staff deserve 5 stars. So in between is 3 stars. Ten days ago I booked my passat in at 8am (first thing) 30 june, to look at my entertainment system not working on Bluetooth. And to have a double horn fitted. I wanted a horn that honked, rather than beeped politely. I bought the horn set after hearing it at repco. I thought it would take just an hour but they didn't look at the car till 8.30. At 9.40 ish it was ready. I paid and got in the car, saw one of the new horns uninstalled. Went back no one knows why only one was installed so waited round while it was done properly. Finally out of there at 10.43am 2 hours 50 minutes after I arrived. They were very apologetic and I wasn't charged for the second installation, but I had allowed an hour ish, and it nearly took 3. Dissapointing

Love the service here. The salesman aren't pushy, they let you do your thing and are there if you have questions. The other staff members are friendly and helpful. I have brought a car from here and also taken an d car here for repair work and have always been impressed with the service

The showroom and workshop are ultra clean and tidy and the staff professional
After four months it developed a leak in the water pump this is when our decision to go with Ebbet Motors paid off.
They where fantastic replaced the water pump with out question where honest and up front.
This is the exact reason we brought the car from them they are very professional and offer fantastic after sales.
We will definitely be buying another vehicle and when we do it will be with these guys.
