Five Cross Roads Medical Centre

Last week I had appointments with Gp dr but unfortunately I don’t know her name her behaviour was so disgusting with my 1 year old son. She didn’t even listen to me what is was my concern about my son she was focused on his weight loss and diet very rudly.

Best to go somewhere else they give you no pain relief just panadol ibrophen the nurse doesn't give your results you have to chase them

If I could, I would rate this place less than 1 star. A close family member of mine was falsely diagnosed by Doctor (not sure if you could call him that) Chin Chen.

Highly illegal and completely unprofessional - something at the practice should be done about this so other patients don’t receive the same treatment from him.

As a result she has suffered tremendously - she now has mental health issues which in turn has caused the depreciation of her health. This false diagnosis and her trust in “doctors” has changed forever.

Called at around 8: 45 this morning, just would like to make an appointment with doctor, have been told: "fully book today, nothing I can do for you “then I said: "may I just make a phone appointment with doctor, maybe just 5 minutes. ” The lady said: ”have told you fully book today, nothing I can do for you. ” I handed up the phone just very sad about the service. I think I have to register for an other medical centre.

Average. But I think I was just not lucky enough to be with the right Doctor that can cater to the care I needed. The Doctor just told me that I have to wait for at least 3-4 weeks
For them to review lab works etc. ; didn't know waiting time should be that long.

I have been seeing an amazing GP here for the last 4 months. This GP is patient, respectful and has gone above and beyond with trying to get me the right help from community mental health (although MH services in the waikato are useless). I am very grateful to have this GP and feel like I can trust talking to her. The only downside is she only works a friday so if things are urgent for me I am still made to wait for an appointment with her because no one else wants to manage my mental health. I should also add that I am not registered to her as a patient, I was previously assigned a different GP however haven't had an appt with her in some time.

Really disappointed of the service what I received! Poor reception! No service, no communication! Never come back!

Dr Mike Watson was my Dr for 7 years, before I moved out of Hamilton. He is a straight up Doc and very good.

The level of professionalism at the practice is very lacking on many levels throughout. Only good person there is the branch manager she at least tried to help but sadly the doctors I feel failed myself.thanks though Fiona I genuinely appreciate your own effort in trying too help me get through.

Dr Monali has been amazing, caring and compassionate. We never thought we’d find as good a doctor as we had in Auckland but we have.

Amazing customer service even thou it was on the phone she helped me so much, being new to hamilton she made finding a doctors so much easier thank you -

Great doctors, very convenient to home. Great at booking my son and I at early notice. Highly recommended

A poor diagnosis from one of the doctors resulted in a lot of pain and suffering for me. So had to get a second opinion from another medical center which resulted in a much better outcome

Always professional and friendly from front house all the way through to the nurses and the doctors.
