We received brilliant service, and communication with all the staff we hand dealings with, whilst making decisions on carpet and vinyl product, we were viewing use. The advice we received was second to none. The job done by the layers used was exceptional, and the service they gave us by working late on two nights to get the job done early, which was unrequested by us was first class as was there workmanship.

An amazing company to deal with. They arrived within a couple of days to measure and quote (we are out of town). After receiving the quote we had a few changes, which were happily amended and re-quoted. Once confirmed the tiles were ordered and they scheduled us in before Christmas. Bonus is that they use recycled bottles in the product so a great thing for our environment! Not only the best in price but also in product and service.

These guys were very quick with their quote and extra quick with booking in the job to get done. Vinyl guy was super fussy and did an awesome job! Carpet guys went the extra mile working at night to complete the work as requested. Would use again and would highly recommend.

First time buying and getting a house re-carpeted. Flooring Design Taupo gave us a great price at the Taupo Home Show and their awesome service didn't stop there. We paid a deposit to secure the amount of carpet we'd need for our home. When it came time for the carpet layer Shane to do his magic he didn't disappoint. We love the new look and glad we had a professional do the installation. Paid the balance after the carpet was laid. Job done and dusted!
