I was trying to arrange a gift for my mother's 75th birthday, while she's in New Zealand and I'm in the States. I had been working on a plan with one employee when it all went to custard, and I ended up on the morning of her birthday with nothing arranged.
The employee on duty that Saturday helped me arrange a different gift, which my mother was thrilled with. Mistakes happen, but the sign of an excellent company/employee is one that can turn the situation around and leave the customer very happy.

Went into florist Ilene the other day looking for something to give my friend in hospital the service was amazing got a beautiful bouquet for her and a cute teddy for her to cuddle check them out
Got myself an amazing Yellow Preserved Rose from this new shop today. They have a great range of not just flowers but also gifts so I not only git a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a feiend in the hospital but snuck myself a gift while I was there. Highly recommend these ladies here!
