Fresh Barber Cuts Flagstaff

One of the little barbers has a big attitude issue, used to be my go to barber shop but no more. Very upsetting.

This use to be my go to barber shop but not anymore. Today I had a horrible experience at borman road shop. The barber there was so rude, I asked for a specific fade burst fade (in a bit different way) and try to show him a photo of what exactly I wanted and he said very rudely do you want the burst fade or not and I said no I want the one I showed you and he said something in his language to the other barber and kept a rude demeanour throughout. In the end he did what he wanted and not what I had asked at all. My dad was with me waiting and the other barber has asked him if he also wanted a cut but I said no he is only waiting but the barber cutting my hair then again made a comment in his language which I am sure was something bad. I also asked him to do a line up and I now have a red skin along my beard because he did not use any product or even water to avoid the blade cuts or irritating the skin.
I will never recommend this business to anyone for haircut.
I use to recommend them to all my friends but I will definitely share my recent experience.
I even felt discriminated.

Excellent service, and the barbers are always good to have a chat with. Also, the 'win a prize wheel' is a good addition. I won 'giving a good review', and regardless of it, I would still recommend others to go here.

I went in at 4: 20pm for a simple cut and even though it says the are open till 6, I was told that they will close at 5 and they wouldn't accept anymore customers, even with 40 minutes to go and two available barbers. There was another customer behind me that was also denied service. If you are not open till 6, you shouldn't advertise it and you shouldn't stop accepting appointments at 4: 20, wasting people's time.

It is always a perfect experience with superb hair cut with nice smile by the staff. Would love to come again everytime.

Mr 6 has health problems and anxiety with new things clipper etc so to get him to have a nice hair cut I asked if they would chop mine to an undercut and put a pattern of what my son wanted in there.

Yasin and the team have cut my hair for years. You can tell the care an effort the put into each cut. Quality is important and it really shows. I know people who come from an hour away to purely get a hair cut from the guys. They do an amazing job

Great place, super fast service and we were seated quick. He made an effort to conversation with our boy about gaming. Did a great job with his messy overgrown hair. Thanks guys will definitely be back.
