$$$ does not reflect quality IMO.

3 out 6 dishes were not great + a "moscow mule" that was a mojito, and we were told "that's how we do it here".

Highly recommend going here. The food is to die for and the staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back!

We ordered a takeaway (the plan was to dine in but Level 3 restrictions didn’t allow that). Ordering was easy over the phone. We were given a specific time and the food was ready to collect on the dot. We ordered 2 tapas and 2 mains for 2 people. In hindsight we should have ordered a little extra cause the food was very very good. I was worried that ordering takeaway fine dining might not be as good but it definitely did not disappoint. Well worth it EVEN during lockdown. Photos of the 2 mains - Sirloin steak and Lamb ribs.

Great food, great fun. Drinks take a while to get to you but I suppose that's restaurants in general huh?

As always, wonderful food. A bit different having it at home, but it was very well packed and all still looked lovely. The lamb ribs were much better than expected, so tender and yet crispy on the outside. Very spicy chillies, but easy to avoid if you don't like them. Absolutely gorgeous sashimi with wakame salad. Beef tataki and skagen Rora we always enjoy. All dishes got 5 stars from us. The king pao chicken was very good, but probably not something we'd get again, 4 stars.

Always the top pick in Hamilton. Perfect food (crayfish roll-must try), friendly service and nice atmosphere.

Yet again, a fabulous dining experience. New staff were freindly and efficent.

Far and away the best restaurant Hamilton has to offer. Quality food with exceptional execution. I will always come and dine here if I’m visiting the city.

Ambience fantastic. Food.not really worth the price, looks great but taste was very bland and waiting staff was too much, would rather they keep their distance unless called to table

Big difference between the indoor and outdoor styles, the former is more commercial like gathering, and from the latter, you will enjoy the sunshine and the river views. The meals are delicious, highly recommend the crayfish rolls. Place is a bit hard to find out

Just ordered a takeaway menu this evening for my family and I. We have never tried it. Was given a voucher last year so had to use it up. Called over the phone, they were very polite and very knowledgeable and helpful with menu. Went to pick up my order and girl at front desk was amazing, greeted me and made me feel very comfortable. It’s so beautiful inside, very clean, warm and inviting. The food oh my goodness is absolutely delicious, portions not so big but definitely filling. My favourites were the Skagen rora, Beef Tataki, dumplings and pork belly! It is now my favourite restaurant in Hamilton.

Great food and environment. Lovely friendly staff who made sure our vegetarian guest was catered for even when using the set dinner menu.

Simply the best! If you want to impress or simply enjoy a great meal in an outstanding space with river views. The food is truly amazing!

Sandra is an asset to your business. Such a lovely, engaging Waitress. Beautiful food. The lamb ribs were melt in your mouth. Everytime ive been, great service, food is faultless, atmosphere everything.

I seriously was not ready for how delicious the food is here. We got a couple of pastas and some club sandwiches which were all superb. The stout was also OUTSTANDING, one of the best stouts I have had. You’re also eating in such a nice place, very tall ceilings, lots of glass, overlooking the Waikato river, beautiful spot for lunch.

UPDATE, went back again, it is still very good:) Most of their dishes that state 4 or 5 pieces can be altered to your number.

Average food, with polite but slow service at a high price point. I have been twice and would not go again If I was covering the bill.
