Not trustworthy and not clear communication for pre orders. I preorded a product that has a text saying would start shipping next week, then past this week I contact them, they said that their supplier could get stock and would need to wait 6-8 weeks for MAYBE have the product. If they had said on misleading product page that they're not sure if they're competent enough to get products I wouldn't have purchased from them. Now I ordered from somewhere else and will be at the end of the queue because Heathcotes incompetence. If you don't want to get frustrated just order from bigger brands. Never again Heathcotes.

Appalling customer service. Had to return my faulty microwave twice. When it was finally ready to collect, it had a massive scratch down the door and was absolutely filthy inside.
The manager refused to replace the microwave.
Would not recommend.

We ordered an air purifier online, also called and made sure it was available. It was delivered the next day, but, alas, it was the wrong model! We contacted Richard Morrison who made things right - sent the return label and sent out the right product the next day and the courier picked up the wrong one to return to Healthcotes. Absolutely best customer service! Could not ask for anything better. I have ordered from Healthcotes before and will do so in the future. Great company and great people to deal with.

I brought an apple iwatch from Hamilton heathcotes and they told me they could take it. It was with in 24hrs they said we can't help. I was really disappointed tbh.

Had a aircon recently installed by Heathcotes, great job by the technician Jason, the install looked amazing on the outside and inside.
Myles was also great and very friendly, easy to discuss what we wanted with the aircon unit. He helped make the process so easy.

Appreciate all the service, and 5 stars to Jason and Myles.

Had an issue with a product I bought off them that was under warranty. It was resolved surprisingly fast and I was very happy with the service I received.

Wow, appliance arrived so fast, and straight to the door, even though we’re VERY remote.
Also, helpful staff when we called after we ordered to check on something.
Really impressed. And highly recommended.

Pretty average service. Thought I would give a NZ locally owned store a go rather than going to one of the big box stores but I now regret that. I don't understand why your online orders cant be dispatched from the stores that hold the correct stock and why the items have to be sent locally to your distribution center only to be then sent out again. Just seems like a lot of double handling and delays for the customer. The explanation I got from one of your customer service people seemed very confusing saying that your website is just a online interface for the physical stores but then everything is sent out from your DC warehouse and you transfer stock between stores every 2-3 days. To put this into context, I could of purchased this same item from an online Australian store and I would of had the item 4 days ago.

Only ordered online but very impressed with the level of professionalism and service at heathcotes. After 30 years of only having second hand washing machines I decided to take advantage of the boxing day sales and treat myself to a brand new washing machine and not only did heathcotes have a great price on a 9.5kg washing machine they called me on the same day an hour later to arrange delivery which was sooner than expected given that I thought since it was a boxing day order I may of been looking at delivery being in the new year. On delivery day the driver was very communicative and called me to say he was 20 minutes away and was very polite so all in all a great experience ordering online at heathcotes and I can't recommend them enough.

Great customer service, had asked to put a phone aside which they did. Easy enough to go buy it.

Best after sales service! Our washing machine broke down so I emailed them last night (Sunday) and was impressed to see a detailed email first thing this morning with who I need to contact in our city for help. They then called to make sure I understood everything in the email and did I need further help. Definitely buying from them again. Superb customer service from Irene*****

Very helpful. The appliance we were wanting was sold out, but managed to find one that suited our needs for a reasonable price.

Anri has been amazing to deal with. I had an issue with my coffee machine and Anri was communicative, helpful and informative along the process of fixing and in the end replacing my machine. I really appreciated the level of customer service from her through this.
