Umesh is a very special type of retailer. I had an issue with my car remote controls today. He fiddled around with them and at one stage zoomed out to the car and plugged in the programmer and boom, just like magic it was all working. I think he is our go-to guy for keys and remotes. I got stung by a paper wasp on my ring finger-it started to swell and was hurting-i called in here and asked for help-he immediately bolted and got some snips and cut my jewellery off for me-super friendly and soo helpfull-i asked what i could pay afterwards and he said nothing-bloody awesome service-it blew me away how he was soo quick to help me-he could have said no he couldnt help BUT he didnt-more than great customer service +

Such a beautiful store. Got my grandma a forever rose from there, the engraving was fast (less than10 minutes) and looks so great, service was amazing, so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend paying this store a visit
