Amazing park, best camp kitchen I have ever seen! Can rent shovels at reception and they have games like petanque and chess too. Bouncing pillow also very fun. The place is spotless! We won't be back unfortunately as we're travelling around NZ and not visiting the same place twice but would HIGHLY recommend! Thanks everyone!

Worst top 10 I've visited. It was super crowdy and impossible to use the facilites. We were sent to a huge backyard with chemical toilets. Definitely not worth the price.

Our favorite Top 10 of the many we have stayed at in our six weeks in NZ. Well located in a quiet spot a short, attractive walk from Hot Water Beach. Short drive to gorgeous Cathedral Cove beach. Large, spacious grounds. Our deluxe cabin was modern and comfortable, and we appreciated our own kettle and fridge. The communal kitchen is large, clean, and provides kitchen and cookware. Showers and toilets were also clean and attended to often. Staff is friendly and helpful, assisting us with a refund when flooding prevented us from arriving our first scheduled night. Highly recommended.

Great campsite. Best shower facilities of the camp sites I have visited. One recommendation would be more shade for the cabins in the summer as we got VERY hot.

Great place, friendly staff and good amenities. And amazing that you can get food and small items you might need in the shops at the site. As well as some dinner if you happen to not be in the mood for cooking.

Loved being there so these are just some of my constructive criticisms to really bring it up to another level.

The shower stalls within the toilets for men and women, are not really amazing but they're perfectly fine. However the great showers are in the hazy windowed stalls outside. They're great!

The main issue with the inside showers and toilet stalls is that during the night the lights are still on so if you do get there before the first cleaning in the morning it is completely full of dead bugs. Quite annoying but it is a campsite after all.

The only other criticism is the washing feet stall outside the bathrooms are cold water only. I'd be nice to have some hot water there in case you have sand all over your back from laying down in the hot springs on the beach. It is not fun to shower it off in cold water and if you can't take that your only other option is to use the actual showers and drag a bunch of sand in with you that will have to be cleaned by the staff. Small addition, could make it a lot easier for the cleaning crew.

Great place to stay, tidy sites, amazing facilities. A pity they didn't have a swimming pool, but that's what the hot water beaches are for. 10-15 minute walk to the beach via a boardwalk and trail.

I had the pleasure of staying in this amazing place for nearly two months while I worked in the area.
The friendly helpful staff, scenery, cleanliness, amenities, beaches and absolute pure beauty were all factors in my amazing stay!
If you travel to the coromandel it's a must stay at holiday destination!
The memory of my stay here will live in my mind for the rest of my days!
I urge you to prove me wrong.xx

Great location near the hot water beach, friendly staff and the facilities were nice and clean! I used one of the camping sites near a creek and was perfect to sleep and recover from a long day

Loved our family time. Plenty of space. We have a 6 berth caravan and there was plenty of room for us. Nice walks and good spot to get away from devices (wifi is available on site)

Lovely stay here. We were camping for 3 nights & they have everything you need within driving distance (expect supermarket) ensure you have all the food you need. There is a little shop on site for top ups. Great walk down to Hot Water Beach & easy drive into Hahei Beach also!

If I would have access of zero rating for this holiday park I would rather given 0 than 1. So our check in time was 2pm and we have arrived at the same time but the receptionist said that our room is not ready and we will have to wait untill 3pm. So we cooperated and when we got our keys for the cabin at 3: 05pm still the room was not cleaned by their housekeeping staff. We also had other bookings which we had to cancel because of this mess. Would not recommend to anyone. Very poor service. Disappointed with this Branch.

Friendly staff, great facilities even its own cafe. Walking distance to hot water beach. Pitches are lovely very private with hedging and bush for privacy. Highly recommend.

Camped here for three nights and the place has Great Facilities, very convenient, only a 10 minute Stroll to the hot water beach

Nice and affordable! Good staff and pleasant surroundings. Close to Hot Water Beach. Nice coffee on site too! Enjoyed staying there on the spacious sites. Just a few minutes stroll down to the beaches along the estuary where you also find a nice cafe and restaurant.

Absolutely loved this place, clean, friendly staff, neat park and kitchen and bathrooms were great and clean. Will loved camping here and will definitely be back again next year. Thank you for a wonderful 4 days stay
