Nice plant based smoothies and bowl with friendly service.but hamstrung a little by the strict insistence on the plant-based philosophy. Vegan alternatives to milk are just that.alternatives. If you're not fully committed to the plant-based life, you may find yourself wishing, as I did, that there was some smooth, creamy milk or cream in your smoothie just to add a little bit of body and luxury.
However, they're tasty, filling, and cold, and on a hot summer day on the beach or as a light breakfast after the night before, you'll never be healthier!
