We have been taking our kids to Jago Town since it opened. Always buying extras (coffee, meals, birthday parties). Today, when we came in, we were asked if our kids had socks on - responded yes they did. After 2 hours, a staff member took them off the playground as they were wearing socks with anti slip nodules, but not Jago Town socks.
Very disappointing!

Over crowded. Over priced.and small. Pretty sure by law there should be an occupation limit

Other Indoor play ground I have been to in other towns have a maximum capacity and time for each group to stay and clearly explain the rules and expects behaviour here it's just a dangerous free for all with kids running up the slides while other kids try to go down they seem to lack the staff to even supervise those and I'd hate to see this area evacuate with the movie theatres also near by and the shear number of children and parents at once

Disgusting behaviour from management/staff of jago over phone today. We were booking a big party room for my daughters 5th birthday for 2 hours, willing to pay full price, staff had informed us we were allowed and if not busy we could pay for extra kids over the 24 limit as they said the big party room was big enough and the process was going well with staff over counter and over phone conversations only to find out today that what staff had told us yesterday and the day before is no longer allowed and that staff shouldn’t have said we could book room out for 2 hours and pay for extra kids. The fact that we were wanting to book the party room for a extra hour but still willing to pay the full price of a large party but being told no is ridiculous because you have no one booked in and you would have still gotten the price of 2 birthday party’s. The miscommunication between Staff at Jago town is terrible as none of yous are on the same page.

Very tidy, reasonably priced, the extra for socks was a suprise, customer service could do with a bit of work. Otherwise good

Shout out to the lady with short hair and a black cap who is a gem in true customer service! After a little while of waiting for one missing item of our order, I returned to the counter to ask. There was a bit of confusion in the beginning but the lady did not hesitate to rectify the situation without excuses or complaints. Thank you for the special drink!

Clean equipment and premises, seemed well looked after, air conditioned at the right temperature, friendly staff who were very attentive even on the playground, good variety of activities for the kids.
Parents are allowed to supervise their children on the equipment.
Food was good, I would ask for less salt on the fries next time.

Only downside is the price tag with $19.90 for 2+yo which would make this rather a special occasion than a regular outing. Remember to bring their socks for the kids, otherwise you have to purchase a pair for $2.50. Adults are allowed to wear their own normal socks.

Use to love this place but sadly has gone down hill and the staff are no longer accommodating for kids with needs

Playground is a lot smaller than expected. Ordered pizzas and chips, came out nearly cold. Tickets for 2 kids, food above, 4 drinks, $125! Don't recommend. Staff!

What a rip off. Almost $20 entry to play at a playground. The all day pass does not make sense because it assumes people will come back, but for what? It's just a playground and that's it.

Safe spot for my 18 month old to enjoy the whole space. Seemed cheap too for the amount of time he spent tiring himself out

So much fun with my 2 year old! Easy enough to crawl around with her and pricing is affordable to do on a regular rainy day basis.

My 4 year old daughter loves this place so much that I got her a membership, which is actually really cheap considering it gives her unlimited access! There are some gluten and dairy free options at the cafe which is great for a kid with food allergies. The cotton candy robot is pretty epic and a hit. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the staff are lovely. It's our rainy day go to.

Wouldn't go back. Over crowded, terrible layout, gate not secured/monitored, expensive (compared to other indoor playgrounds), forced to buy 'their socks' even when identical socks from leap were worn- "policy".
The only good thing was my coffee, the taste of it and the price of it was below market value for a coffee.

Customer service was fine and it was clean and tidy.

Atleast my children will now stop hasseling me to take them there when we go to the base =P

Our Son age 11 enjoyed it, Appreciate that you can leave and then come back, Needs to go on their website that children have to wear their socks to go in and you are charged for them on top of the normal price for children.

Staff are rude. I don’t see why we should be forced to buy their nonslip socks, why can’t we bring our own? Apparently it’s “policy” to purchase them. Doesn’t leave a happy feeling about the place.

Very kind, empathetic staff today. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions they had reached full capacity by the time we arrived, however two staff members came to apologize to both my toddler son and myself, this helped my son to understand the situation and was a really lovely touch. It was really appreciated and seemed very genuine. Great way to handle a not-so-ideal situation. Thanks

My kids LOVED the atmosphere here. Very safe environment for the kids. Huge cosey area for the adults and welcoming playground to recall the children when it's time to go. Staff are friendly and trained to deal with all ages of kids. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic venue. We had our daughters birthday party there. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Party food for the kids was perfect and delivered in a fun creative way. Lovely staff who were very accommodating and plenty of fun to be had in the playground. Would highly recommend. Coffee was pretty good too.

First time I had been and I was quite surprised that I was told I had to Purchase their socks.my girls had their Leap socks which are essentially the same as the 1s I was was asked to buy but I didn't see the point as I had 1s from Leap and Chipmunks but wasn't aloud to wear.stupid that I should buy the 1s with the logo on them to be allowed in.sorry but we won't be going back
