I got my eyebrows done on the 25th of Jan and within days i developed a boil on my eyebrow, which has led me to be on an iv antibiotic drip for days, and oral antibiotics for the next couple weeks or so - I didnt think anything of it until my doctor asked if i had my eyebrows waxed within the week, in which i did

I had lash extensions done there twice, hoping the second time would be better. They were falling out within hours. Don’t get lash extensions here.

However, Chloe is a fantastic nail artist and will keep coming back again and again to get my nails done. Can’t rate her enough - she is great.

Been getting my nails done here for almost a year and I would never want to go anywhere else. Tahlia is such a gem and I look forward to my appointment everytime. She pays so much attention to detail and really goes above and beyond for me to be happy with my nails. Could not recommend this place and Tahlia more!

When I saw that Tamia works at Krystina Beauty Studio, I couldn't believe it! I was so excited that I had to book an appointment with her ASAP! When she was at Lab Brows, she was the first and only person to ever do my eyebrows, she was the one who introduced me to Lamination Brows, she made me confident with my brows. When she left Lab Brows, I couldn't bare to have anyone else do my brows so for a while I let my brows grow but now that I've found Tamia, my brows no longer have to grow out of control. She's an artist in her craft who has this natural ability to connect with her customers on so many levels. I'm actually getting teary eyed typing this because she everything! ️

Got my nails done by Selina on Thursday and they are stunning! The studio is gorgeous and the girls are all so friendly! Can't wait to come back next week to get my lashes and brows done

Wheelchair user and blamed me for being in a wheelchair.
I went to krystina beauty and my wheelchair (powerchair) couldn’t get in the door, the front desk lady was lovely and tried to help but called the owner (krystina) to ask what to do, krystina then told me that on there website it says they aren’t wheelchair accessible which is fine but make it dam obvious because I did look before I booked and found nothing and looked twice since and can’t find anything but after being told it’s my fault because my wheelchair is too heavy and they won’t give me my deposit back even though I was there and they couldn’t provide the service.
Extremely disappointed in your customer service krystina you lost what could’ve been 2 loyal customers

I dmed their Instagram page replying to a story that they said they required a model for lash extensions, costing $55 instead of $100 with Sascha. I replied and said I’d love to take the booking. This appointment was for 9: 30am this morning and they didn’t reply to confirm the appointment til 11: 55pm last night. So I went to bed assuming they had found someone else or not. Not wake up to a text saying if I don’t show, as their t’s&c’s that I supposedly signed state a 100% of the booking fee is to be paid. Which i didn’t sign anything all I gave them was my contact details. Completely disrespectful and a lie. As I love their work and I was wondering why this happened and wanted to resolve this issue to find they blocked me after I replied regarding this wasn’t fair.

I had my nails done with krystina and I absolutely loved it, I'll definitely come back to do my nails again after 3 weeks! I also did my lashes with Julia, and my lashes was stunning, can't wait to get my infills after a few weeks with her. Great accompany as well! They made sure that I'll know what to do next for my lashes and nails!
