Les Mills Hamilton

Great gym and atmosphere, staff are all super friendly and helpful. I've had my earphones die on me a few times but I didn't mind with their playlist and the volume. My only wish is that they would get fountains that can fill your bottle quicker.

Great gym. My only complaint is that the music is too loud. I would rather listen to my own stuff, but the ambient music is so loud that makes it impossible.
I would suggest the les Mills team to build a cold plunge as well.

Really disappointing. Less classes running and the classes that are running are way too full. They ran many offers to increase members but then didn't match the services on offer. I have been a les mills girl for as long as I can remember and never observed this drop in standards till post pandemic. Really want to cancel my membership as I have been in twice and could not fit into a class

Awesome vibe, great staff and classes and the facilities are second to none. By far the best gym in Hamilton. A+ Highly recommend even if its as a casual visit.

Love my new gym! Fantastic classes, clean and convenient location to both sides of the river within the city centre vicinity. Excellent amenities in the shower rooms for the ladies to get ready for work including GHD dryers and straighteners. Lovely clean showers.

Reception staff always bright and bubbly. Excellent range or top end equipment including assisted weight machines, free weights, boxing bags, squat racks, cardio machines. A nice option to have an outdoors workout in their "cage" overhead shelter with an outdoor feel.perfect for our humid summers.

All the gear. I like the little outdoor workout space. Doing rowing in the cool winter air is actually pretty awesome.

I love less mills. Been to alot of gyms but this one definitely tops it of. Alot bigger. More equipment, friendly staff. And affordable.

Pathetic narcissistic attitude from all staff. Unsafe driver's entering and exiting driveway. Zero respect towards public safety and staff want to do nothing at all.

Best gym out.went there couple years had to move gym because it was a 24/7 gym.lasted a year there and couldn’t handle it went back to lesmills and fit around there times because they were that good

Best gym in Hamilton! Been going for the last 2 years. Has multiple training areas that are all stocked with the equipment you need to do all your lifts (squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, cables). It has a large range of machines for isolated exercises and lots of staff including PTs that are super friendly to help, show you around and even offer advice around technique. I was very shy when I started lifting weights and going to this gym, but because of the helpful staff, variety of training areas (which means you can always find equipment available, even during peak times), and just the awesome “gym environment “ you get to train in, I have become confident and really look forward to my training sessions. Also, this gym is designed well, with lots of large windows and an outside training area, so you can train in Natural lighting and in the outdoors if you prefer.

Friendly team, great PTs and fantastic classes. Moved here a year ago and LesMills was big part of us helping to settle and meet some fantastic people.

Love the gym and the people there staff and members, sauna is my favourite place, great variety of classes and a big gym with lots of space.

Admin are a nightmare to deal with take several days to get back and it's IMPOSSIBLE to end your membership easily here. So many loopholes for them to drain more money from you it's shameless. Go local.

Nice environment to do workout and awesome staffs to help you around. I personally like the Body pump classes and the instructors! Love the heats.

Good facilities and friendly vibe with energetic trainers, not too many posers. Star taken off because the rooms are too hot - no aircon in the main cardio and weights areas.

I look forward to going to the gym everytime. So many equipment to use, always end up sweating and feeling all pumped up. Love how they have lot of classes. Trainers are super amazing. Amd most of all look forward to relaxing after my working with their amazing hot showers that have great water pressure (better than my home shower) and then relaxing in the sauna after. The whole routine makes it my high lights of my week.

Staff aren't invasive. Configuration of the gym is ideal. Easy access to each area. They have a sensible Covid-19 process. Parking is good.
