100% recommend this medical clinic. Warm atmosphere and Love the fact they incorporate Te Reo in their messages throughout the practise. Our doctor Dr Anna Te Ata is caring, understanding and professional and gave us the attention we needed. Very happy, thank you Little London.

Unbelievable. My wife had booked an appointment for our 3 y/o son to have a head injury assessment with Dr Stephanie Cowie recently. My wife had to also bring our 2 month old baby in with her and she arrived 15 min.late which is understandable when you have a 3 y/o and a baby with you. Unfortunately after my wife arrived to a very quiet clinic with only 1 car in the car park and no other people in the waiting room, the receptionist informed her Dr. Cowie was no longer available for the appointment because they were 15 min.late and they would need to make another appointment on another day. To top it off they later sent my wife a message asking her to pay a $10 missed appointment charge. This was really inconsiderate and hardline to have done this to my wife and children who seemed to be on the receiving end of a Dr.who would rather make a point than care for a 3 year old with a possible head injury.

The ladies at little London Medical centre in Hamilton were very polite, they execute services to their patients with care, the building is absolutely beautiful and lots to look at should you need to wait a moment.
Waiting times were never long and I love how this practice is very discreet. Thanks for all the great work Little London Ladies. ️

Great GP to go to. The receptionists ate lovely. Unsure about these negative feedbacks on here but I have been with them for over 6 years and has been great. Whole family is enrolled with them. We have all been taken care of. Over time, there had been change of doctors in the practice and so far been loving my assigned GP. There had been a hiccup during the handover which got me lil confused but happy where I am now. Cute little cabin for outside consult was nice.

Not a patient here (thankfully). I have had so much trouble with trying to get the right support and help for someone very close to me and it's becoming ridiculous.
If the receptionist making someone feel bad about their appointment to speak with the GP regarding their MENTAL HEALTH wasn't bad enough, the blatant lack of communication and neglect is definitely the icing on the cake.
This patient has been enrolled for over 15 years and only JUST been advised the triage service available to patients requiring urgent care because they get pushed back to A&E if they call "outside of triage hours".
Calling your GP for medical advice and help should be "comfortable and relaxing" as quoted on your website however this is not the experience that is provided here on the occasions that I have had to deal with the staff myself due to the ANXIETY brought upon your own patient just by having to speak with someone there.

Was a horrible few experiences I've been with this medical center since birth 28 years, back when Dr winn was still practicing he is a brilliant doc and very kind but the receptionist was extremely rude and no customer service I have left a few appointments feeling extremely disrespected and pushed aside the doctors are great no complaints but as for the receptionist I have avoided being back just on the treatment I received from her

Aka Rewi Greenland. Been with them since 1982. First with Graham Norcliffe, a brief stint with a locum Barrie Winn who later joined the practice and became our Doctor. Stephanie Cowie is our doctor now.
Admin staff and practice Nurses are top notch. Always pleasant and professional.

This is not about the doctors or nurses because theyve all been amazing. This is feedback for administration:

When ticking the ethnic box for "Māori", citizenship in Aotearoa should be a dead given. Whether is it part of the process for application or not, It is the height of disrespect to ask Tangata Whenua if they are born on this land. Whether or not you understand tikanga, reo or otherwise is not the issue here (even though you really should). Acknowledging identity as a person of this land is a very basic requirement for cultural competency. In the future when someone says they are Māori and theyr'e registering for your clinic, Let that be the end of the "citizen" conversation.
We are not migrants or guests here.

Dr Winn is a wonderful doctor because he genuinely cares about his patients. I had him since I was a toddler until my mid 20's when I moved away so I thought all doctors were like him but unfortunately I was wrong. I'm in my mid 30's and I still haven't found a doctor as thoughtful, caring and dedicated to his patient's as Dr Winn. Naomi

Lovely little family clinic, close to work and convenient appointment times. They’ve looked after my baby and I very well so far.

Great family practice. My extended family have used for a very long time, but we started using 7 years ago. Highly recommend!
