Bloody disgusting have tryed to make appointments sorry none available for 3 weeks then get told to come in a walk in so tryed that twice got told sorry no walk in today bloody disgusting, wonder why people are dying!

Shocking attitudes and not seeing any walk ins today as they have a staff meeting from 1-2pm. Here’s a thought why don’t you have your stupid little meeting at a normal time most people do either before or after work hours. You are an emergency clinic not a GP. Understand what you do and you may get better reviews. Tossers

I went for walk in service i waited for 4 hours no one came to see even i am sortness of breathing.i asked receptionist how long i have to wait after 4 hours she said i have no idea.there role is help people but they are very disappointing.

Was given two different texts this month saying I owed money, I pay every time I have been here, But i wasn't very happy they sent me two different texts saying i owed money because they missed some things on their paperwork and I then had to go back and pay again.

Had been suffering from a broken collar bone and dislocated shoulder and was booked in for an ultra sound. The morning of the appointment i was turned away because “we dont do that procedure here”. Had to wait a another week to be seen.

Was in NZ on vacation from US. Developed a severe sore throat and sinus infection within a few says of arriving. Most likely from the flight. Went to Mahoe with no appointment. After a short wait, was seen, diagnosed, and prescribed medication. Conveniently picked up prescription at pharmacy next door. Everyone on staff at Mahoe was kind and friendly. Thank you

How is it possible that there are no available appointments with a GP for up to two weeks? The walk-in clinic is available but then it can take up to 2 - 3 hours to be triaged and seen by a GP. Absolutely shocking! Especially when you have a sick 10 month old with fever.

We were 5 minutes late right on the cut off of the appointment being cancel but the office lady said that we can’t get in now.we ended up waiting for two hours.don’t go here go somewhere else.

Doctors consults are in and out, and their only answer is to prescribe painkillers instead of figuring out the underlying issue. Receptionist had a nasty attitude and the fees are way too expensive even for enrolled patients. They wouldn’t accept my csc and said I was to pay full price. Most overrated professional service in town. Would give 0 stars if I could.

On holiday here in NZ from the UK and had an asthma attack. Unable to settle it with my own medication, as a nurse, I knew I needed to see someone. My brother drove me to Mahoe, where I was seen virtually straight away. A doctor assessed me and reviewed my medication. I went around to the pharmacy and my inhalers and tablets were ready within 10 minutes. Everyone I met was so polite and friendly and more importantly my asthma is under control. Great service. Thankyou.
I might add that I paid $15 for 2 inhalers and a bottle of tablets. At home I would have paid £9.35 for each item, so roughly $56 at home!

Well relly ignore due to the fact docter did the wrong medical and due to his lack of mistake unable to be payed also dose not help when 3weaks ago this happend took work and income to tell me his mistake now rang up 4 time twice yesterday explaining what happened and twice today I get we emailed the doctor erngely about its now 301pm he has Still has not sorted his mistake out yet I'm left with the doctors bill and no income to help me and my unborn baby and diebites I'm very disappointed as he should of fixed this erngely as he been told about his mistake on the difference between ilnvalds medical not a work medical if this had been sorted asap when told about it would of given a way better review 4weaks now with no income or help due to the doctor mistake very unfair dosnt help I have no help for food or to pay my rent and been told if it's not sorted will be homeless tried 4 times in two days now do ur job and fixs ur mistake

Nurses/doctors there seem like they don’t want to help. Don’t want to take you seriously.most expensive doctors I’ve been to, to get next to nothing in return.

Bunch of money hungry amateurs, took them 5 weeks to give me a medical certificate. I do not recommend this place and i will be travelling else where next time!

My son went here for emergency clinic. We didn’t wait long and all people were friendly, patient and professional. Thank you team. Highly recommended for others.

Waited a week for appointment only to be told after 30mins after waiting they had change the time an haven’t contacted me, an let me sit in waiting room to tell me I can’t be seen unless I wait 2hr or have to make a appointment for next week so takes 2 weeks to be seen also website says they would rather not treat certain people which is discrimination no matter who or what is happening in the world they have a duty of care that is not happening

This place is not about health care it’s about making a profit and having their audits look good. Judgemental and narrow minded Drs. Receptionist however are lovely. If you want your human rights impinged upon this is the place to go.

My current Dr is fine, though have had some pretty shabby service from some of the other "professionals" that are there. Why is the credit card module only able to be used with the pin pad? It makes a mockery of all the other steps that are to avoid cross contamination.makes a mockery of all the other things.oney money money,

Poor service. Reception not helpful at all. Doctor's always booked can never get in when you want!

My son had abdominal pain and I visited about 2.52 pm. Clinic hours on the doors indicated open until 3pm on a public holiday. Staff refused to help us although we were at reception before 2.55pm. As a medical facility I would imagine that you would help everyone that arrived up to 3pm and not turn people away. I got told to drive to Hamilton for assistance. Terrible service by receptionist. I have always received good service here, but this time they let us down.
