Narellan Pools Waikato

Great install. Gave a date, stuck to it, pool in very quickly and allowed later trades to get their parts done quickly also.

We have recently had a Grandeur 11 pool installed by Narellan pools Waikato. During installation, we hit some issues with soil conditions. With John's expertise and experience, he was able to navigate through this and come up with practical affordable solutions. John and Jacque along with all staff onsite were great to deal with, offering advice and tips along the way. We have also had two other family members have pools installed by Narellan Waikato in recent months. Highly recommend.
By the way, we have same surname as John and Jacque but not related in any way. We did try for an extra whanau discount, lol.

The team at Narellan were fantastic. Grant was on site for the install during a very busy Summer season and helped with every detail. The pool was ready just in time for Christmas as they worked so hard to get it done in time. We recently needed help with moving the pump shed during renovations and Miguel and Andrew were so helpful and great with advice and their time.
Would recommend.

Not usually one to complain however spending over $100k with these people only to have a sub-par experience and a poor install I would seriously avoid. There are many other installers that WILL come in at a better price, give a top quality finish with great communication as we have only learnt after the fact.
Really disappointed with the outcome and the ensuing arguments with Narellan to rectify
