My kids love climbing and being free to do anything and this place was perfect for them. Had a great time.

Great place to spend a birthday party. Got pizzas for lunch and subway for the birthday. Was an awesome time. Id book another party room again. For kids man what a great place to spend an hour. Smiles all around. Probibly not good for people in wheele chairs or with issues getting up stairs. But other than that was great. Staff were awesome.

Defs invest in a elevator:) in the future.

Took my daughter and grandchildren. We had as much fun as the kids. Lots of things to do. Recommend to everyone

Great place for all aged kids, super clean and lovely environment, lots to do, lots of space, not loud like chipmunks lol.had my first coffee there the other day which wasn't that great tbh.other than that totally book in! It's a blast.

So many things to do its hard to be bored. Bought a 2hr session for myself and my toddler which was the perfect amount of time. I recommend getting in earlier sessions by the time we finished at 11 it was starting to get quite crowded.

The best place, my kids loved it. Lots to do, staff were awesome. They even have a waterslide for after your session. What a way to cool down after all the jumping and playing.

Brought my niece and nephews here. Very impressed by how well the staff interacted with the kids - especially Justin with the long hair.had a great time

There is no air conditioning, it is too hot in summer, and the facilities are good. Playing at different times can avoid too many people.

Epic places for both kids and adults - loads of fun, had a cafe upstairs too! Awesome that in the Summertime they bring out the waterslide as well!

So much fun for all ages. Staff is great and helpful. Water slide is a welcome refresh at the end. Highly recommend it.

Awesome place unfortunately customer service not up to par a spring came out and hit my 2year old I went to the reception to let them know and I was told thanks for handing it in will pass on to a manager. Too me thats a liability

Place is great, but lady crew memeber with the curly hair (nicola) needs to calm down and stop growling all the kids, and applying rules to whom she seems fit.
Find another job bud this one's not for you.

My partner and I took our nieces aged 3 & 6. We all played and what a cool place! It’s chipmunks, trampoline world and more all in one! We paid for an hour concession and that is more than enough time although the kids could’ve gone longer. Facilities are WAY better than other indoor playgrounds with plenty of seating and so many activities packed into the one area! Highly highly recommend! My partner was like a kid again

At the end there’s a water slide for all the kids to go down before they head off home. Loved it! Will definitely return with my nieces!
