5Beware of the 'KAREN' with red streaks in her hair, Very Unprofessional behaviour, unreasonable, straight up RUDE, illogical, REFUSED to comply with the consumers guarantees act / relevant laws! It was a simple swap for shoe size and it turned into the worst experience I've ever had with a retail store. Go to te rapa if you need something.
Nothing wrong with the store or products. The sales woman (not wanting to mention her name) at the store needs at least basic training on customer service. Rude when requested for a product and at the counter as well. Was busy with personal phone calls in between.
Too big of a company to care about their customers at all.

Great guys to deal with, totally relatable and just good NZ family based guys.
Gordon at the Frankton store was friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us great advice and knew which products we needed. Good value for money too. Highly recommend dealing with the experts rather than the big chain stores.
