One of the worst companies I have dealt with for years. They have a 'national call centre' that you wait 20 mins to talk to someone who knows nothing about anything. You can't phone their branches to sort problems, though their branch staff are mostly clueless as well. On top of this they take a week to answer Emails with reading the original. Buy anywhere but here and never buy from them online!
Extremely unfriendly service at Te Rapa yesterday. The staff member who assisted me seemed to do so very unwillingly
Spent half an hour putting together a safety helmet, with the staff because they didn't know how.
$120, brought one from Top maq for $40, already assembled, instead.
Awesome customer service, the staff were super helpful and even organised a student discount for us. 10/10 would recommend Blackwoods for any trade purchases.
Staff are nice but we brought a malwakie tool and we ordered it online and got it from the demo stand, Full price. It was discouraging. Expecting to pay full price band new. Not some second hand mangled box and a used tool.
