NZ Uniforms Hamilton

Quality of the school caps is poor, the colour fades very quickly. I purchased my son’s primary and intermediate school caps from NZ Uniforms and both changed colour within a few months. They’re now a not-so-delightful shade of brown, they’re meant to be black and navy!

Priya was super amazing with our visit today.
She took care of everything for us to make our visit as short and stress free as possible.
We managed to get everything we needed including shoes.

Oh my gosh I hated this place.
Can't really complain about the customer service, because there was no service.

Thumbs down for taking my money and not paying it back. These people steal from others.

If you don't receive the item or they do not have it in stock, do not pay for it. Only pay when they have it in stock.

All paid and ready. It was discussed over phone and ready to be picked up. Old lady at the store delayed my pickup one more day to bring proof and confirmation. Came the following day with proof details and purchase number and still delayed. If it wasn't for the other female staff dressed All black who was extremely helpful, great customer service this would have been a 1 star.no paying customer should ever have to wait another day to confirm payment. This is a well thought out review due to successful purchases in the past.

Went to get school uniform for daughter today. Staff were awesome so helpful & so friendly even tho they were busy. The downfall was the changing rooms were not high enough & tall men were walking past the doors alot. Not very private.

Very helpful, pleasant staff. They also can add printed name tags that are heat embossed to school items at point of sale!

Hard to think of a retailer that has an easier job of forecasting demand for stock than the shop that has a monopoly on selling a school's uniform. Yet these guys are sold out of heaps of sizes in January and you need to wait for the back-order that isn't due until March. Staff were friendly.

Buying new uniform for my son to go to a new school was so confusing, but thanks to Charleen Botha it was a quick and easy in and out of the store in a few minutes, great, friendly service!

We went to your Hamilton branch on Monday and were helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable lady Charleen. She helped my son find the right sizes and stopped us from purchasing the incorrect p.e gear. Thank you very much you saved us a lot of time and hassle.

Incredible service from the young woman who served us, (I wish I’d got her name; she has a twin sister in Akld), her customer service is just beautiful.
She greeted us warmly as we entered the store and was an absolute gem, the entire process. Informative, patient and accommodating.

Yes prices are hefty but I’m almost 50 years old and have never heard of a cheap school uniform. They offer a uniform club, lay-buy and accept WINZ quotes.

I came away feeling super grateful.
