Very accommodating with the Automatic Gear Transmission Fluid change and Oil/Filter Change.
My Husband wanted a specific oil put in our Auto Transmission in which they didn't want to do, but.they rang the "Boss" & asked him if ok?
(If not, we would've not got it done there).
Job done, all happy. Very reasonable priced too.

Been there a few times now and generally good experiences, but last visit my wife took her car in. They removed the under engine guard and said it was damaged so didn't refit it. However they didn't make what was remaining under the car secure so trim parts started falling off and dragging on the ground. Pretty poor and unprofessional. Also, didn't give my wife the guard which are hard to come by. After this would not recommend.

While I thought oil changes was doing a service on my car my mate who is a mechanic told me that I needed $800 worth of stuff that needed fixing something oil changers should have picked up on when doing a service' Go to a mechanic.

Paid for a new oil filter turns out they never replaced it. Super disappointed

What a great service. Its easy, drive in, request services, 15 minutes later you drive out in your freshly serviced car. Grant is also great at showing you the condition of your existing filters, wipers, etc and recommending what should be replaced or what has still got a bit of life left.

Took my car in for a service the next day my service light came on and engine started smoking as a result i have to replace my rocker cover gasket

Arrived almost at closing but I was still given a great service with no rushing or corners cut. Really appreciated it.

I came to Te rapa. After getting no. Service from another branch. What a huge difference. Plenty of parking, clean and comfortable waiting room, friendly, helpful staff and informative as well. I'll be using this branch from now on.

I totally recommend this place. They gave my car a full service and was all over and done with in about 15 minutes. The guy showed me my air filter before he put a new one in. The cheapest place I found in town too. The receptionist was lovely. Will definitely be going back!

I went to have my oil changed and found out that they could do my transmission, power steering and air filters at the same time. I stopped the car off on the morning and pitched in up late afternoon. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They also rang me to send it I wanted other things done at the same time or leave it till the text time, there was absolutely no pressure. Definitely going back

I visited yesterday for my car service. The guy showed me the cabin filter & asked for replace, it was a bit dusty so i denied. He put back the dusty filter without cleaning. How cheap you are!
Everytime I visit, they recommend for transmission oil change cost around $150, just for making money. The Two faces receptionist, don't trust her.

I used this site 3 times over two years. I found professional/ knowledgeable staff, and quick service at a reasonable price. I've no issues recommending this business.

The team were nice and I appreciate service like this. Little feedback. There is no one in reception so didnt know who to talk too and can wait around looking like a fish out of water. Wasnt clear if we needed to drive in or park up.so just parked up and waited for someone to come to reception. It was one of those things where if someone drove in and skipped the cue, you would be mad about. But when someone did do this. They quickly came to them and told them that there is a line and they would need to wait. So happy with that and now know the process a little better.
